I'm so glad I came across your channel! And I'm even more glad you chose to make a decision to study even though people kept saying you're over the age limit. As a 33 year old I know how tough it is to make these decisions involving our career , future life goals etc with society advising you otherwise. So proud of your achievements, it's an inspiration for all the other 30 year olds out there!!

I am so glad that I came across this video, thank you for sharing your story which is inspiring. I am 28 and I recently came to Canada on study visa. I don’t know what to say but I feel uplifted that people(like you)out there went through something similar that I went through and got through it. I am married and I struggled for a while to come to Canada. What connects me is you are being you. That IELTS omg! It’s frustrating. I wish luck to everyone. I am waiting for my husband’s visa.

Dear Malz, thank you for making this inspiring video with an uplifting attitude.✨I and my partner had attempted to go and study abroad for 6 years now. We tried to save money but couldn't keep up with the currency in our country. We now have 10 years of study gap but I have 7 years of teaching experience. Finally, at the age of 29, we have enough money to study in Canada but most of the colleges, and consultants that we communicated with said that we are too old to get a student visa some colleges we applied reject us because they assume that we won't be able to hold on a visa with our age, study gap and as married people. I sincerely hope we can get good news from the other colleges we applied to. The IELTS part is so true I thought that I aced the writing part but I got the lowest point from it. 🙈 As you said waiting process is so painful at some point you started to believe it's not going to happen for you. Your video is just what I needed to hear thank you so much. All the best.

Dear Malz. You have given a new hope to hundreds or thousands of mature students. I'm 33 now. I didn't complete my BTech in 2010 bcos of father health. Later I was unable to clear the left backlogs. So, I would be considered just an intermediate student passed out in 2006. That makes it a whopping 16 year gap. But, from 2012 to date, I'm working as a journalist(a decade of experience). Now, at this 33 age, i want to apply for Under graduate Diploma in journalism and mass communications for Jan 2023. What are my chances to get an admission, and if we suppose i got an admission, what are my chances for Visa approval? I know it's never good. But what would be your suggestion? I need to see a light spec at the end of the tunnel. Plz reply. Pull me out of this depression plz. I was bluntly rejected by a lot of consultancies.

Hi… I’m 26 years old and I have 5 1/2 years study gap after my Advanced Level exam. But soon after my exams, i joined to a pvt company as a business analytics intern and im still working for them. So will my application get reject due to my study gap?

I don't think it will be a problem. I had 13yrs study gap before applying

Hi Sis… Even my story is almost the same as you. I have spend some decent amount of money in an agency for PR. But later, since things are not working out, I also chose to become a student in Canada. I have a study gap of almost 10 years during which I was working in Aviation Industry. I need your kind suggestions on what course do I select? now and which college?.. I have done my Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (3 year diploma as per Canadian equivalency) . However, my work experience is not into that, but towards non technical inside Aviation Industry.
I am confused about which course to study now as a graduate diploma and which college to opt for….since my main aim is to get my PR .

I wouldn't be the right person to suggest the course, but select something that is relevant to your experience. I have made a video on course selection. Hope that will helpful
