I've got the 9mm CCU Rail Gun. I love it. Trouble free and that ion Bond finish is tough. The trigger pull is amazing. Absolutely love this pistol. My favorite pistol of all time.
Ordered my Colt Python (4.250) on January 3rd and received it on May 19th. Worth the wait! An extremely well made Revolver that is tough yet elegant and very, very much a shooter. Love to see a vid on both the New Frontier & the Peacemaker.
@@hqtwheelz I have a local shop that keeps getting a colt at a time, they are all set at msrp so definitely not getting the gunbroker screwing. I take each one that comes in
Can't seem to find the replacement inner and outer recoil springs for the dual recoil spring setup. I wonder if the traditional 5" recoil spring will function reliably in the CCU government 45 or not.
are the colt combat unit 1911s all the same dark greyish black color? I dig that color very much but seems some pics online show these in a jet black finish. Is that just a result of photo quality or are there different factory finishes on these?
I have a first generation CCU Rail gun. Simply perfection. I mounted a Streamlight TLR 2 on it and the combo work well together. The checkering on the front strap is like having the pistol velcroed to your hand. Worth every penny I paid for it. The extended and beveled. Magwel is a great addition to the new pistols and I may get one for my own. Two thumbs up Colt. You got it right with this series of pistols.
How about Colt make good on the promises of GOLD BEAD SIGHTS for the Python. Colt just pulls the old contact Brownells bit. Brownells don't know jack squat about them.
I want that Marine Corps M45A1. I tried to get one but it was sold out and instead I manage to get The SOCOM 16. Springfield Armory M1A .308. I'll be saving up my $$$ until there back in stock.
Why did you guys get rid of the skeletonized trigger? I have one of the early CCU 1911s with a skeletonized trigger and everyone asks me where I got it.
Maybe get back to customer service? Sent an email a month ago concerning a sight screw backing out on a 2017 colt cobra. Does this in under a box of ammo. Glue is for plumbing not guns.
Heard they discontinued the mustang! They need to revamp the mustang sights and make it in 9mm they would sell like hotcakes. The sights are not good compared to the other companies 380's.
I saw that colt was showing off ccu combat units at shot show 2024, why are you showing off a gun that you are not making and havnt made for years, i want a combat unit government in 45acp but havnt found one for 2 years now, i called your customer support and asked if you were making any and they said no, false advertising
I think y’all owe me money for prototyping the CCU 😂. I had a colt rail gun ionbonded, strong side safety, front strap checkered, S&A magwell, and 10-8 rear paired with Novak tritium front in 2011
How much longer before you start building guns again? I want to spend my stimulus money on a Colt or two and then send a picture of them to Nancy Pelosi to show her what she bought me! Probably send some pics to Finestein to.
Great vid. Ty. I'd like to see some SAA "how to do", "what to do" and "don't do" vids in the future.
HELL YEAH!!!!
Are you gonna produce these again. I want one. Ive been looking for one for 2 years now
I’ve owned a CCU in 45ACP for about 5 years or so. Great shooter.

So difficult to purchase a Colt. It’s never in stock
Is there a 45 ACP CCU rail? Or only a 9mm CCU rail?
I can not speak for Colt but mine is in .45 acp. Purchased it several years back. Love it.
When is colt going to start shipping the Pythons again. I ordered one back in February. I’m still waiting on it.
Still waiting for mine too. Wtf are they doing
Hopefully you got yours, I was fortunate enough to get a 4.25,6" and the king cobra target
@@imthatguy1878 a buddy of mine got his this week. I am hoping I get mine soon, but who knows.

Need new videos please! Why is it so hard to get any colt Guns?

Nice setup!
Can the CCO come with a rail?
How would you compare the trigger on the CCU .45acp with the series 70 Competition .45acp ?
Is colt coming back to the civilian market?

Hey Mackdaddy. It's your fault that I got my CCU. Your TH-cam video hooked me. Thanks. Love my CCU.

Here in Argentina cost a fortune to get one .
Now if I could just find one of these pistols at the gun shop! I want one but can not find one!
Hello from Lviv
Love my custom shop M45A1

I have a ugly 2 tone stainless finished 9mm rail and it's the only colt I am planning on getting redone
please coming India
Have colt stop producing this model
