I highly recommend enabling the "force normal core in os" option before installing Windows or any program to avoid the installing errors.
Core options >System options >Advanced ›Force Normal Core in OS > On .

Yeah any windows 95 version should do. 95b for less that 2gb of storage. 95c for bigger than 2gb.
