That's a really good idea, I've never thought of using miso powder as a seasoning. I've used miso paste (I love adding it to rice) as a seasoning but never the powder.

Just fyi, as a Native American it's generally called blue corn, not black. It's used for many recipes. But my fave is blue corn pancakes. They are sp delicious just on their own. So nostalgic for me. Love you & your channel, newish subscriber 😊💕

If you think about it, normal popcorn kernels are like a brownish color and they pop into white not brown. So most likely that’s how the other kernels will be. 😁👍
