Thought it was a good evenish game - crazy penalty to give away, but Carlisle played some good football - hope you survive this season - if you can get Butters firing on all cylinders, you have a great player there, and Simpson seems a top bloke 👍👍

Totally brutal interview by Simmo once again. We knew it was going to be tough in this league, and to gift a goal like that in inexplicable. Their keeper made two or three fantastic saves to keep them in the game, but that doesnt make it any easier to take.
This season is going to be about consolidating a league 1 position, making mistakes are better done now than later we just do the best we can with the resources we have to stay up, we are in a different league and the other teams are there because they are better than league 2 teams so to stay up is a success in its own right so keep up the support don't get despondent Simmo is the best man for the job he knows his position is results orientated so let him get on with it.
Honest Simmo as always, Mellish and Gibson were the only two players today that really seemed to care? Why did we drop our keeper, why didnt Gibson start when he's been our best player so far this season? These players certainly need to take alot of responsibility for our performances, and some of the decisions they make, like chucking the ball across goal forcing that penalty. Throw in wasn't good,but keeper needs to do lot better, n ot sure why he even started or why Gibson was left out.Relying on young untried loan players isn't working and its unfair on them.Surely it's time to revert to our own experienced players,Joe Garner will miss a few but at least he will be in the right places which we are not doing at the moment.
He won't leave a loser, let's be honest, he's brought some weak players in and there's no way they'll keep us in L1 but he must realise that now and try to rectify it.
