Your "herbs" need a bit explanation. herbs de provence. I am guessing it is a mixed herb blend. But not sure what is in it. I can see rosemary. But not sure the rest. Maybe Thyme? Oregano?

OK I googled it. fennel, marjoram, rosemary, tarragon, and thyme for Herbs de provence. Is that correct?

Yes, that's the basic ingredient list and it normally includes lavender too. There's variations of it of course. I'm just using a regular off the shelve mix from the supermarket. Pretty much every supermarket has that in the spice aisle. It's not even very expensive - I think I paid $6 for the bottle that will last me months to come. Trader Joe's just added a fancy version in a cute pot to their repertoire. The store brand one I'm using (Safeway) contains Basil, Thyme, Rosemary, Marjoram, Lavender Flowers, Fennel Seeds and Parsley
PS: ground up it's a nice blend to use in salad dressings. Gives that vinaigrette a pleasant herbal note.
