In the 90s they forced sonic to 3D platform to compite with the 3d games of this years because it was something new, but they lose the magic art of sonic sprites, nobody remember sonic by his boring 3D games. It would be awsome if the team behind sonic mania reimagined the classics. Like if they expanded the levels and added new gimmicks and just maniafy the whole thing. Sadly though, they were forced to make sonic origins with sega. And now they don't want to do sonic stuff anymore.
