But, the actions of protecting those lands are not highlighted. > No builder(who has done illegal construction) or govt officals(who provided approvals) or Bank (who approved loans) are shown as punished. > The end users who lost the property & paying EMIs to banks are the loosers in the current situation. > Purchasing a flat or house is a dream of the middle class people(especially me) and feel like a life time achievement. Now it seems like a dream only. > Purchasing a flat by looking at all the approvals like RERA, HMDA etc., from the Govt and also the well reputed builder is a mistake?
