The dealer just wants the owner to give them the right of first refusal, it's not mandatory that the owner should always sell the car back to the dealer. David Lee sold his LaFerrari back to the guy from whom he bought it instead of sending it back to the dealer and he is still getting allocations from Ferrari for their future products. This right of first refusal rules is also present for Lamborghini's cars.

Here's one more thing if Enzo had all the money to sponsor his racing team he wouldn't have made road cars. The road cars were made to support the racing team. Enzo was already clear about not making sports cars but he had to so that it could sponsor his racing team. So all this crappy celebrities who use this car for status symbol should know Enzo would not even sell those cars to such crappy customers. Imagine if Enzo had the money and he decided to just stick with racing. There wouldn't be any Lamborghini either. So yes in certain cases they are right to do that. Anyways good content as always. David Lee sold his LaFerrari back to the guy from whom he bought it instead of sending it back to the dealer and he is still getting allocations from Ferrari for their future products.
