I just noticed that many of the spots seem to have started as a hair trying to grow-out of the pore but it's blocked and the area is filled up by sebum, lymphatic fluid etc...you can see some of the hairs finally being released by the area being squeezed

Aren’t you lucky! I have to use medication and therapy or else I have bad panic attacks. Watching someone clear out acne does nothing for my obsessive compulsive disorder.

Before you start extracting the content of the blackheads and whiteheads do you cleanse and steam the face first and then how do you treat it afterwards?
You do know that sebum is produced in hair follicles, yes? If the pore (opening to the follicle) becomes blocked, the hair can't grow through it. Sebum continues to be produced and voila.
It's such a disservice to these people when you don't fully empty the contents of each one. When you can clearly see it isn't finished. It's like you put more effort into making sure you don't complete the job..
You do understand that pulling the whole hair out will just encourage more ingrowns. The best way to maintain a proper growth track is to leave a hair in it.
A year later and this is still my favorite video Thuy has ever made! It has everything I want to see in a face. I hope this client is doing much better. 💛
I thought she did great job. Lots of completion second squeezes. She seems to have a very gentle touch and respect for the integrity of the tissue. Very little bleeding. I felt glad for the client as I think his treatment was done well.
I like these very relaxing but the only thing that gets me is they never take all of it out when you purposely leave some of it hanging out the pores get it all please. Other than that great job

She does move around if the client isnt tolerating the pain well. She customizes what she does for the good of the client.
