I was recently dealing with a situation where I had to stand up for the truth, and as I fasted on the day of Ashura, this lecture popped up so I watched it. So beautiful subhanAllah!! Most of us might not deal with a tyrant in political world, but we all are put in a similar situation where we have to speak the truth against the powerful, and when we do that, we have to do it only for the sake of Allah.
Imam Hussain (as) has not just stood up for the truth. He has shown the love for Allah (swt) the clear submission to Allah (swt) even in the face of death, with his family and friends along with the women and children. And the biggest problem with the community is that there are still some hypocrites who calll them muslims and come out and try to defend the tyrents while invoking the name of the Allah swt and His messenger (swaw). These are the ones who turn away from last Sajda of imam Hussain (as) and surely Allah swt knows their who they are.
