I found your lesson really useful to improve my English dictionary, but a little bit less useful to make piazza. If you wanted to make a real pizza as the one which is made in Naples, you should revise your recipe in the following way: 1 No oil into the dough. The only oil necessary will be used for the topping 2 Put the yeast, I suggest fresh yeast, in a cup 3 Pour some of the warm water in the cup, mix with a spoon and keep mixing while you add some flour 4 Pour the remaining water in a bowl, add the salt, and mix 5 Sieve the flour into the bowl and mix 6 Complete the dough kneading it on the dusted bench 7 When ready put the dough in the bowl and complete the leavening. In order to keep it warm, you can use a blanket to cover the bowl. To complete the leavening will take not less than eight hours. I know it’s a lot of time 8 Bad news! After eight hours cut the dough in as many pieces as you need and punt them on the bench to leaven again for 30 minutes 9 Absolutely don’t use any rolling pin. This tool is good only for Katzenjammer Kids’ Mamma to beat the Captain. 10 Push gently the pieces of dough to form the disc. In this way, you push the hair to the edge of the disc which will be ticker than the center 11 People put on the pizza topping whatever they want, pineapple, chocolate, French fries, unicorns … The original pizza is decorated with fewer ingredients: tomato, mozzarella, origan.
