He's an actor, he's called Ainea Ojiambo.. In fact there was a CCTV camera that captured the incident where two thugs attacked him trying to snatch his gold chain. The CCTV also captured how he removed his pistol and tried to get the thugs.. It was very unfortunate the stray bullets hit the two innocent guards.....

If you look at the video, the guy aimed his gun low, which is proper procedure for self-defense. Those robbers are responsible for the death of that guard, not him.
