I love this this will definitely be my wake up movement tomorrow before I go on my 10 mile walk with my friend because I have to work on scapular stabilization exercises from my physical therapist for a very painful shoulder that I have I am just not motivated without music so this will be perfect.
@@sarahplacencia Thank you I can only stretch a little because I am so hyper flexible in my shoulders so my physical therapist is helping me to rethink my overstretching to stabilizing my spine and scapula in other words my core as well as my spinal muscles I know you’re too young to do this but I wish You could make a video that would be just for back strengthening for All us old codgers with shoulder issues haha maybe it’s a topic you could think about sometime of course linking it to Bachata merengue or salsa. Or if you already have in the past created a mostly specific back routine I would definitely love to see it and although I’m not a coach or participant in Beachbody I would surely like to make a donation to you as a coach. If such a video already exists I would never want you to think I’m using your expertise for nothing. I would love to see it. But for now I will watch you and do my physical therapy you are that motivating!!! ha ha do you spit fire! BB It’s so fortunate to have you onboard!

My trainer is an NBA Coach and he teaches proper body mechanics so well that I HIGHLY recommend trying out this program!!!
