I’m all in for these. With all these crazy retrains out there these days, it’s relaxing and nostalgic to pull these older cards. A great time capsule for the early days. I really want either the Dark Magician or the BEWD from this set. Those artworks in ultra rare are just so pretty. And in the old card layout? Come ooonnn, nostalgia overload!
I love how these are what the 30th Anniversary packs for magic should’ve been. Fairly affordable reprints of the classic cards, from classic packs, with classic designs right down to the frames of the card and text.
Great pulls! It's great that these cards are actually now affordable, and with better card stock too. It still doesn't take much away from the original 2008 copies, they forever have their place in collectors' hearts.
Doesn't make collectors as happy as you'd think. No other game is reprinting old crap. Yugioh is doing it cause they don't know how else to make money. It spells doom for the future.
@@frequensea9434 Nice try? Explain why Konami reprinted Kozmo Dark Destroyer 6n months before it was supposed to be in a mega tin? They put it in a freaking gold pack. A 300 dollar card in a gold pack 6 months before any scheduled reprints. They hate the secondary market and always will. Learn your facts.
I love how they have the OG border. Image they did this for the other 2023/24 reprints. It is a little sad that it’s only 4 per box but at least it’s cheaper per box.

I really like the set so far! I got a box after work today and pulled a monster reborn and the Blue Eyes White Dragon! So much nostalgia from these packs, it's unreal! Awesome video like always!
I really want a case of this. Its really amazing to be able to get so many classic cards for collecting and it not be crazy expensive. I grew up poor in rural Ga, it was a big deal to go to K mart on Saturdays with my dad and get a booster pack or two for working on our farm. 1992 baby.

Me too. I could not stand the legendary collection reprint with the modern frame. It felt so out of place.
I love that they went with the classic look. Wish they would’ve done that with the other 25th reprints.

This opening was so hype for no reseaon. Wasn't excited at first, but I absolutely love the older cardstock look.

The card stock is the same as the rest of the shit modern cardstock, the only difference is they kept the original layout which is great
pulling almost a whole exodia set is actually insane
I just opened four boxes and I got all of the exodia pieces but the right leg
Put on the plus side two red eyes black dragon and one blue eyes white dragon
I got 2 heads 6 legs and didnt get any arms
I enjoy the fact that it’s like the reliving my child hood and I’m sure many other are getting the same vibe.
Stopping by wal mart or target after work today. Hopefully I find a box bc tcg player is taxing!!
That UR Exodia is a beautiful card!! The old school color pallets make it look that much more gorgeous imo

i think reprinting old sets is fine, as long as theyre still somewhat distinguishable from the first editions, makes both collectors and players happy

I love it. These are perfect to supplement the 25th anniversary LOB, MRD, SRL, PSV boxes i bought last year.
