I've never been logic'd into subscribing so efficiently before 😂

I mainly listen to this podcast because of your accents, your humorous banter, love and knowledge of strength training and bjj.
What weight is a good cossack? Im at sets of 8 with 60kg

Ive added kb side lunges and they work great. Might need to give the cossack a spin my next training block

What's your view on drilling with grappling dummy's? I know you don't like solo drills but do these still fall in that category for you guys?

I mainly listen to this pod cause of you guyz's accent. I'm Canadian.

Can I do Cossack Squats with shoulder presses (alternating each arm for better balance) together?

I'm flabbergasted that they talked about this move for so long without showing a visual. Beyond frustrating when you're listening to this.

Lol why? You should know what a cosack squat looks like

Just google it, why be so entitled? This is free content with a tiny budget. A labour of love. It’s not all about you bro.

What the hell, how do you spell cossack?

Just started bjj for 4 months now, I’m wondering if this is a bad thing they call me the strong guy or titan. I out weight everyone by 50-100 pounds.(not fat) I only go as hard as I think the every person is going. I’ll use alittle more to get out a bad position. Am I overthinking that they are making fun of you saying that?

Could just be a compliment bud. I’m 70kgs and would love to be large enough to be called the titan. Don’t over think it. Just focus on technique. You will be a beast one day.

@@docwaterfield8542 Agreed, I'd say don't let it get to you and just keep refining. Pulling the "man you're strong" on someone is often partially ego-cushioning for people who get overpowered despite their time invested in technique. But it's almost certainly not to dog on you.

Be more creative with your youtube content.
As your talking add more editing. Pictures, visualizations, memes, in video videos... some things yall just aren't doing. We want more from you all.

I'm not sure they have enough of a YT following to financially justify that level of work. A lot of hours go into editing footage like that.
I agree that would be cool to see, but I'm realistic about how much that would require of them. I still enjoy listening either way.

Yall are great to watch. And When you give the favor you don't ask for reciprocity. It's begging "like".
I like every video and am a subscriber. But here us an idea. Algorythms brings viewers and content makes subscribers.
    Focus on the giving half.
