The red light district in Amsterdam even attracts many tourists: around 20 million a year ! I can imagine that Thai feel like being stepped on by some judgemental 'Farangs'. Decriminalizition will be good thing to regulate things.

The timing of the documentaries is suspect. After the Pattaya documentary, someone made one on Colombia, and another one was made about the Philippines just last week. All these documentaries have alleged child sex trafficking. It's slanderous.
Confused about this video and the documentary, Did a adult man have sex with an under aged girl ??? Not having a go at this video personally but if he did that video wasn’t realised to cause problems in Pattaya it was realised to show an animal that should be look up a predator escaped and any person that disagrees with that need to look at themselves that bloke should be rotting in prison at the least but really he should have his balls cut off, was the story he was with an underage girl true or false ??? Basically, my point is that the DW documentary undertone was everyone who goes to Pattaya goes for underage. There is also allegations of certain charities making money out of setting bar owners up by adding underage girls with fake IDs whilst claiming millions of dollars 'we saved another'. Dirty underhand tactics. Everyone here strives hard to keep underage out of their businesses but whilst there's money to be made in framing people, it will continue and Pattaya gets a reputation it does not deserve.
