I personally love horror But I'm jumpy and have anxiety, so if I expect jumpscares I suffer I do love jumpscareless games, horror ambience is just so good edit: I recently played omori, great game, all I wanted, even the jumpscares were enjoyable because they didn't go too over the top personally, and it having more rpg than horror made it easier for me to go throught it i recommend it a lot, that said, it has a lot of TW so be aware

To be honest, the game itself is not scary. I would even say that it is a bit "meaningless", because even if we collect all the "flowers", it will not lead us to any logical ending. The only thing that is really scary in this game is: Atmosphere, Music, Frisk's melting face and the battle with Toriel's Ghost. The latter is frightening not only because of its suddenness, but also because of its hopelessness, because... if we take everything that we have, it turns out that... Even with all her power, Frisk turns out to be so helpless that she does not even have the strength to give Toriel's ghost peace and end her existence. It is this moment that is not so much scary as it is stupefying and at the same time makes you feel sad. I understand that it is not for me as the creator to judge what needs to be done with this game, but... I would like for a skilled person to be found who could do just that, finish this game so that the player would have the opportunity to reach a different ending... or at least defeat the ghost of Toriel.
