We have 3 cases with Yellow light. as i explained in kurdish also, first if you come to a traffic light which is green and suddenly become yellow in this case you have to stop if you could, regarding to not have anccdent with car behind you, second case is when you wating in a trafic light because ligh is red then will be Yello , in this CASE you are not allow to it means BE READY to go , the last Case is when the Yellow Light is fliashing ( turning ON and OFF) means you can go regarding to others such as pedestrians and bicycles or sense or oopsite side who gos straight . and thes ruls are the same in the whole word regarding to Lift or right driving countries.
