I am a 19 yr old girl with the goal of building a network of unique apartment complexes throughout Sri Lanka and eventually expanding it worldwide. I usually watch and explore organizations like Blue Ocean, Maga Engineering, Trizen, Astoria, and others for inspiration. Currently, I am preparing for my A/Levels in bioscience stream, which is not directly related to my goal. However, I chose this path because I once wanted to become a medical doctor in some phase of my life. Despite coming from a very middleclass family, I am determined to achieve my dream. thank you DR I have a question regarding advice I've heard from many adults and successful individuals in society. They often say, "Do not share your future plans, goals, or targets. Work in secret and then show people what you have accomplished." However, I am very open and have a habit of sharing my goals. I used to follow this advice and stopped sharing my goals, but now I feel that talking about my goals and targets can actually push me towards achieving them. But I see you always open with your goals with society. Could you describe the difference between keeping goals private and sharing them, and how each approach affects our mindset?
