Thanks🤗, so much education in one video. I love it. I feel so blessed to have a channel like yours to teach and inspire me. I’ve been really binge watching your TG pants videos in preparation for making a first pair. I would really like to see several of your Plinka variations. The ones that always come to mind are the ones in silk charmeuse. (?spelling). I’m going to watch your ‘three finishes for TG pants’ video again next. 🤗😊❤️
I'm new to Tina Givens and your video helped me so much. I love the way you explained your pattern hacks step by step. The pants look so cute on you!Now I gotta go check out this 50 % off 😀
Great video! 👍🏼 I love this pattern, too. I wear a size 22 or 24 so am using the Plinka version with more sizes (from the Zelda pattern). I’m just getting back into sewing after a very long hiatus but have already made 4 pairs of pants. 😁 I’m about to start hacking it a bit for both variety and cooler weather (I’m tall so longer would be better for cooler temps). The only change I had to make for fit/comfort was to lower the center/front waistband edge by about 2”. I really like your pintucks at the bottom. 💗
Where do you shop for your fabrics? My store options are limited where I live and will need to purchase fabric online. Thanks! Loved your video! I'm glad I found you!
Well I’m lucky to have a great fabric store near me but I also shop at stonemountainfabric.com and www.letoffefabrics.com And oakfabrics.com I find really good things at all three!
I have a question about the pocket. Did you cut the pocket out of extra fabric and just sew on top of the pant? Or did you cut the pocket opening out of the pants and add the pocket back?
Thanks! That top is a ready to wear top from a brand called “cut loose” cutloose.com/ I’ve had that one for a few years but it’s a style they remake all the time in different fabrics.

On this one I cut the opening out of the pants and then added it back in.
Merci pour ce partage.
