    sir pano po kapag wala naren po ung proof evidence ng sim😢makapagreplacement paren pa kaya ako 😢need ko tlaga sa fb kong nahack dahil need ng code ngayon kolng naisipan buksan 2016 pa sya nawala at nahck pati gmail ko din khit magbigay nlng ako valid id or pwede nmn ipakita kapag naopen kona ung fb ko 😢

      Matagal na kasi yung sim mo. Sabi mo nga 2016 pa, for sure deactivated na yun. Ang nangyari kasi sa akin is insert sim lang. Tapos active yung simcard ko at may load sya kaya na ayos ng taga Smart yung problem at yun nga same number pa rin ang na issue sa akin. Mas mainam nyan gawa ka na lang bagong FB account. Thank you.

      Hi. Not sure about sa ganyan. Visit ka na lang sa Smart Center para mas klaro ang info. Kasi sa akin nag insert sim lang naman ang naging problem.

      Oo kasi isang proof na yan yung Paymaya account mo, sa Smart kasi yan. Pero kung Gcash hindi. Sa globe kasi ang Gcash.

      Hello. Base kasi sa experience ko nun, yung kasabay ko expired na yung sim nya. Walang load and hindi na siya maactivate pa uli as per staff ng Smart Center.

    Good morning sir magtatanong lang bakit sakin hanggang ngayon walang update o text galing sa smart mismo kc pinapalitan ko din sim ko nung Monday ang sabi 24 hrs lang daw ako mag aantay until now wala pa ko nrrcv na text Wala pa din signal ung new sim na pinalit mag 48 hours na. Ano kaya dapat kong gawin? Salamat sir Sana mapansin nyo message ko.

      @@roncelelorde5487 Ang ginawa ko tumawag ako hotline ng smart *888 then kinausap ko yung provider tinanong ko lang kung bakit hanggang ngayon wala pa din. Then sabi nya escalate lang nya tapos gagawa sya ng report about sa sim update tapos sabi sa akin wait lang ako ng 1-3 hours para ma activate yung sim card ni restart ko yung phone ko every 1 hour tapos nagka signal na.

      Hi. Punta ka na sa Smart Center. And dapat yung sim mo is hindi pa expired o deactivated. And dapat may load. Thank you.

    Pleaze answer po. My smart sim is very old. Sobrang tagal na po at nasa di keypad pa na cp. Ngayong sim registration po bukas, may nababasa po ako na pwedeng mapalitan ang sim with same number? Paano po iyon?

      Mapapalitan po Ng SIM card with same number if active pa po ang sim number ,
      (Active)
      .✔️may BAL.load pero na dead SIM Lang or damaged SIM
      .✔️ Kahit Hindi nagagamit Yung SIM pero may balance load parin.
      Pero note : kahit may BAL. Yun nababawasan parin Yun Kaya mas better hangat Tanya nyo na may BAL. Pa sya punta na kayo sa SMART SERVICE CENTER bago pa ma expired Ng tuluyan.
      (Not Active SIM)
      ▪️Yung matatagal na at Hindi na naloloadan or wala nang maintaining BAL.(expired SIM na ) Hindi na daw po nila mapapalitan yun
      Tips : make sure nyo naka registered sa gigalite SIM nyo dun palang malalaman nyo na if active SIM nyo ,para pag nilapit nyo SA Smart service center Hindi na kayo mapahirapan pa .

      Ang sinabi sa akin ng staff ng Smart Center within 24 hours ang activation. Pero sa akin after 3hours lang nag activate na. Nakareceived na ako ng text at natawagan.

      Yes bro sa Smart Center din. Depende sa mapuntahan mong notary public. Pero nasa 300-400 pesos ang bayad ng affidavit of lost.

      Ah hinde. Sa notary public pinapagawa ang mga affidavit of lost. Wala nun sa barangay.

      @@nayuyuu Ah hindi globe ang sim ko smart. And hindi na ako tinawagan. After 3-4 hrs lang may nareceived na akong text message coming from contacts ko. Tapos nagpa try akong tawagan sa number ko natatawagan na ako.

      Basta active ang sim mo okay pa. Mapapalitan nila. Pero pag hindi na active, like matagal ng walang load deactivated na yun. Hindi na nila mapapalitan ng same number.

      Hi. Hindi nila inohonor pag gcash lang eh. Gcash kasi is globe. PayMaya o Maya ang sa Smart.

    Nag karoon po ba ng time na my system error po nong nag pa replacement ka po ng sim?kasi po ako 2x ako bumalik 2x dn po sila nagsabi na di makapasok sa system at pinipilit ako mag avail ng postpaid, mas madali dw maprocess pag iconvert sa postpaid ung # ko which is 599 a month..parang nagdududa lang po ako

      Sa akin naman smooth ang naging transaction ko sa Smart Center. Dito nga pala sa SM-Sucat Parañaque. Nung unang visit ko nga lang sabi ng guard offline kaya hindi nila machecheck kung ano ang problem.

      Nag offer din sya sa akin na kung gusto ko mag post paid para in the future na may mangyari uli sa simcard ko mas madali daw ang processing kasi nakapangalan na mismo sa akin ang simcard. Pero sabi ko hindi na siguro. Nag okay naman yung staff at hindi ako pinilit. Mabait yung nag assist sa akin.

      @@berchfam hello po. Ganito din po sakin sa case ko namn since wla akong maibigay na proof of ownership kundi mga side documents ko lang at tnt yung number ko. Pumayag nalng ako na maging postpaid basta ang importante makuha ko yung same number ko kasi sobrang needed tlga. Now, nakakuha ako pero puro "sim card not provisioned" lumalabas at d gumagana. Kumusta po sa inyo sir? Naexperience nyo rin po ba eto

      Yes. Nagamit ko naman agad. Atsaka nung nagkaproblema ng insert sim card nagagamit ko naman yung Gcash. Kaya lang wala akong narereceive na text update kung magkano na ang balance ko. At hindi rin makapagbayad gamit Gcash kasi yung OTP hindi mo marereceive thru text.

      Hi. Sa ngayon kasi two months na hindi mo malagyan ng load ang sim mo ay maeexpired ang sim o madedeactivate. Once na madeactivate hindi na nila marerecover pa base na rin sa nakita ko sa Smart Center.

      Ah mas mainam nyan sir try mo mag visit ng telecom ng simcard mo, Smart or Globe. Pag expired kasi hindi na nila yan maaactivated pa uli eh. Sa akin kasi insert sim ang naging problem. At yung simcard ko active pa.

      Hello. Pag may sim bed ka isang proof na yan na sa iyo yung number. Then valid ID. Sa akin hindi masyado mahigpit yung napuntahan kong Smart Center. Walang hassle ika nga. May isa kasing nagtanong din sa akin naka twice na balik na raw sya sa Smart Center.

      Ang sim card kasi ngayon pag within two months hindi mo naloadan nag eexpire sya. Madedeactivate na sya. Once naman na deactivated ang simcard hindi na marerecover ng Smart Center. Pero para mas sure try mo mag inquire sa mismong Smart Center. Thanks.

      Hi. Ah kung expired na yung sim card mo hindi mo na sya magagamit pa. Kasi yun nga yung nakasabay ko expired na yung sim card and sabi ng staff ng Smart Center hindi na magagamit o maaactivate pa yung simcard nya.

      Ano po yun? Mawawala ang unli data? Pag walang signal sim mo ka gimik syempre hindi mo magagamit unli data mo.

    Ako nanakaw Yung wallet ko , kasama Yung company ID . Pumunta ako ng Attorney para magpagawa ng papers para may documents ako, then I bring it to my company so far they accept it. Now I go to smart para I-report Yung about sa sim ko, nakaregister nman Yung sim card ko sa app nila and limot kuna Yung password and can't forgot pass Kasi nga Wala na sakin Yung sim card ko, kasu Yung sim bed nawala kuna Kasi Yung sim ko is nung 2016 pa Yun, Yung NBI at SSS ay nakalink dun sa sim card kung Yun. And they said hndi daw Yun proof as owner ship , nakakakademonyo hahhaha imagine NBI ko pa nakalagay Yung sim hndi daw Yun pwedi. @smart action Naman

      Hi. Sorry to hear about that. Try mo kaya sa ibang Smart Center. Sa akin kasi base on my experience ang na ishare ko and so far okay naman. Pero may isa nga na nagsabi sa akin na siya daw twice na pabalik balik sa Smart Center and hindi pa rin na aksyonan yung problem nya. Hopefully maayos mo yung sayo. God bless!

      Pag deactivated, hindi na talaga sya maaactivate pa uli. Kumbaga nag expire na kasi siya. Pag wala yung sim bed mas may addtional pa na hihingiin na proof sayo.

      Hello po.
      Kung nawala po yung sim at wla ng simbed.
      Kelangan po ng
      Affadivate of loss
      Valid ID kahit isa lang
      Proof of ownership (hinahanap po nila yung successful log in mo sa Gigalife), kung wla kang gigalife, dpat makalog in ka sa fb/google preferrably na makikitang nakaregister number mo.
      Pag wla ka nung mga account nayon. Baka papers like resibo na may number sayo, sss forms, bir forms, or any govn forms na may number record sme ng number na pinapagawa mo.
      Tapos most probably ipapa postpaid kana nun d na prepaid.

      Pag walang simbed baka hanapan ka ng Pay Maya account. O other proofs na sayo nga yung number na yon. Try mo rin kung pwede na yung mga binanggit mo. Thanks.

      @@mariadelmarcaparos2324 hi. Ang sim kasi dapat active pa. Meaning nagagamit mo at may load. Pag ganyan kasi na matagal na syempre malamang deactivated na yung sim mo. And pag deactivated na ang sim hindi na nila (Smart or Globe) maaactivate pa uli.

      In my situation 2 months Hindi ko nagagamit SIM number ko Kasi wala Ng signal na dead SIM na sya ,pero dhil may regular Load sya , active parin Yung number ko nung chineck sa system Ng smart , basta daw naka sign-up Yung number sa gigalite at kapag na open mo gigalite mo at may regular load balance pa Yung SIM number sure active pa number mo , ma rereplacemnt p nila Ng SIM card Yun , pero Kung expired na Yung SIM sobrang tagal na at wala Ng load bal. meaning daw Hindi na active ,Hindi na daw nila mapapalitan Yung mga expired number ,
      : 2 valid id's
      : if ang number registered sa Gigalite apps. ( Need mo Lang ma log in Yung number mo hanggang sa home page Ng Gigalite app. dun nila ma che-check if may balance or active pa SIM mo

      Hi. Bali ang sinabi sa akin ng taga Smart Center is within 24hrs. Pero after 4 hours lang activated na yung sim ko na containing the same number. Nakareceived na ng text at natawagan.

      @@eugeneestronilo6302 Hello. Naku, pag expired na ang sim, hindi na nila maaactivate pa uli. Yung kasabay ko ganyan eh. Expired sim.

    NAwala yong SIM card ko dito sa kwarto pinaglaruan yata nung kuting namin tapos naglinis ako sa kwarto di ko talaga makita, pero napa-register ko sa NTC. Mapapalitan pa kaya yun with the same number?
