Arduino is a band and there products are good quality but you can buy a clone version of arduino from other companies. Some companies is sell it so cheap. Arduino like a apple hahaha
mcu itself despite being "cheap 8bit" fails behind cheap 32bit (cm0+) and that's not all, of course there's on-board usb-uart bridge and also voltage regulator for 3.3V bridge and 5v MCU. Barrel jack dc-in. Pin headers. Add cost of everything and voila.
