I'm here from the year 3078. Music is now a luxury only the rich have access to after the war of resources, I had to used my last 100 coinoids to get internet access to listen to this classic! I must say it was worth it 😭😭
You are that person who found that magic, we are listening to you today, tomorrow and any other day. Good voice and lyrics. I just wanna say thank you for this sound.
Gladys did it with this--brought me into a spell of joyful tears. Rinsed my agony drenched heart. Sometime a good ole soulful song pulls those reluctant tears out, even of a big old grown man. The older you get, the more sentimental you get, especially when think back on late loved ones that are no longer with us--grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, and childhood friends. Thank you Gladys, thank you!
I was in high school and my kombi driver loved to play this song in the morning on our drive to school. Gladys Knight really did us justice with this rendition, may her soul be blessed forever.

This is indisputably one of the greatest recordings in the history of R & B music (or music period, for that matter)! I had this album on cassette back in the day, and I nearly wore that sucker out playing this track over and over. About eight or nine years ago, I finally got to see the legendary Ms. Knight in concert and hear her do this live.
