    As a two time Vietnam vet I had applied for TDIU due to breathing problems. I applied in 2014, but was either denied or the request was put on hold. I was raised to 100% in 2019 and thought that was all I was going to get. Dec 2022, l was granted TDIU and got 9 years back pay and designated SMC housebound. I did not apply for the PACT ACT, but the consciousness to breathing issues sure paid me well.

    My main concern is that all veterans that were exposed to burn pits, and toxic and hazardous materials be included with the same benefits and compensation as those who were in foreign and overseas locations, please have the VA Secretary to do it right for all veterans who served and also deserve, thanks for your time and support.

      The VA secratery does not have anything to do with it he is an Executive Branch Administrator he does not make the laws. The law is very specific its provides money for screening and presumptive service connection and there for compensation for those who were in certain specified Combat Zones and incurred certain legally condified illnesses and injuries. Things like water at Camp Lejune, and other hazards at Superfund sites like White Sands are not covered by the Act. Perhaps they should be but the VA Secratary has no power to change that.

    Does the Pact Act include the Camp Lejuene water contamination claim, because I signed up with bell Legal and has not gotten a response nor a call from them stating the progress of the claim

      Fire those bastards! We both were on condemned Camp Lejuene and will soon have anyone any one of those 15 diseases thanks to the poison from the waters placing MGUS inside our body. For me I am now being monitored for Multiple Myeloma which thankfully has not yet revealed its ugly self inside my body
      Hopefully they have not already submitted your claim to the tort claim unit located in Norfolk VA but likely have and if they did they have stollen a great deal of money from you because you have already won 250 thousand dollars or more.
      How do I know? because I filed on my own behalf and have already been told that my claim is valid. However the court said for me to just standby and send in nothing unless they ask for something.
      Sincerely DOC forever. I love you man! Oorah!
      Also are you 100 percent service connected for MGUS yet? Personally I am at 10 percent for ischemic heart disease related to agent orange but the truth i and you got MGUS silent killer that is killing you and I today. We are fortunate we lasted longer then most but the government now is forced to reveal the truth that the poison water we drank at Camp Death resulted in the deadly diseases called MGUS that is directly linked to blood cancers and a host of other horrible diseases.

    I was diagnosis with a rare lung cancer as a Viet Nam Era Vet and was turned down.. as not service connected. While the VBA acknowledge I was exposed to toxic substances they pointed to my 10 year smoking habit that I had picked up while in the service as being most likely the cause.. Unbelievable

      @thomasfraser9072 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you were stationed at Camp Lejuene for a month during the specific time frame of the claim And even if you served statewide you may well have a valid claim. Check for MGUS in your blood that is key regardless if you have the 15 disease right now or not. I know because I was often called DOC
      But for your sake do not hire a lawyer! I will tell you how to legally file on your own behalf it it easy to find on the internet. If so we have history together. Oorah!

    • @thomasfraser9072
      @thomasfraser9072 ปีที่แล้ว

      Do not hire a lawyer! If you wee a Navy Corpsman as I was or a Marine stationed at camp Lejuene more then 30 days before 1988 you already have won providing MGUS is currently found in your blood. The 15 diseases are the end result of MGUS! Period and the government knows this but has not revealed publicly for some unknown reason. Sincerely DOC

    • @thomasfraser9072
      @thomasfraser9072 ปีที่แล้ว

      👀👀👀👀👀👀Please read carefully and spread the truth! Get yourself tested for MGUS in your blood stream to know if you have a valid case even if you are not yet suffering or died from the 15 diseases as stated in the lawsuit.
      Do not hire a lawyer! When you discover personally that you have a valid case.
      Here are the facts of a valid claim
      If you wee a mother who gave birth to a still baby while at Camp Lejuene or later in your life. You have a valid case. If you are a women that lived at camp Lejuene and have MGUS inside your blood but not yet the 15 deadly diseases. You have a valid case. If you were Navy Corpsman as I was or a Marine stationed at camp Lejuene more then 30 days before 1988: you have a case. The 15 diseases stated are the life ending result of MGUS! Period and the government knows this; but has yet to revealed publicly for some unknown reason. Sincerely DOC
      And please pass it on and do not listen to these crooked lawyers on TV

  • @hdelacruz8

    I am Retired since 2000 with 0 Disability and recently was diagnosed with B cell Non Hodgkin Lymphoma last month, the doctor notes stated that I cannot work for 6 months. I work for the USPS and cannot lift boxes due to a med port placed in my chest for chemo treatment. Served in Saudi Arabia at Dhahran Air Base from April 97 to April 98. Scheduled for PACT VA claim next week but have not been screened for the TES. How is the process? How long would it take for the VA to process this type of claim. What else can I do?

    Veterans are either nieve or mad, even the VA hospital is found wrong. I have personal experience knowing what people are knot worthy of.
    If doctors want to fight let people know that. So we don't have to look like we went out of our way to get service that supposed to be official.
    Also people are knot veteran worthy. As us veterans have to wait for civilian compassion to graduate, veterans need a more althroughout style of insurance.
    There is so much dislove and confusion of that gapping return nature.
    I believe quarantine should be spiritual and moralically enforced. Or don't count me in.
    If you cowards have any question don't hesitate to organize with me.
    Keep defooleveling!

    Real talk, you will most likely get it service connected , but at 0%. Presumptive conditons is a nice jestor but the reality you need to get a private doctor to agree. If you are older like in the gulf war, its going to be impossible to get a doctor to say you have that condition. Some presumptives have no medical test, so just get nothing for those as well. My denial letter says both that it is presumptive and also that i have been not diagnosed with that issue. So, it says pesumptive but also says i need to do the additional step of being diagnosed.
