I’m 14, and when I saw this video, I started jumping up and down, I’m a huge runner, been doing cross country since 3rd grade, and now I’m doing XC and Track, and running has genuinely helped me so much with my physical and mental health. I’m so happy that you’ve got into running, just give it 3 weeks of consistent running and I promise you will see great results.
I also recently started my health journey (especially due to my work being online) and this video has inspired me to try running again. Love the videos!

Nice to see you try other things than tech! Just a suggestion-you might wanna get some water before you start running and you have to take around 1 breath per 2-3 steps also don’t hold anything like phone (keep it in the pocket) and think about something else than running which will make your mind distracted from how tired you are..this will really boost your efficiency and stamina
Don’t worry about pace your first few runs, just try to hit minutes. See if you can run 25 mins without stopping consistently and then gradually work up pace/total time
Nice to see you getting outside and enjoying yourself. I know you started out doing tech videos for enjoyment and now it's your job I pray that you don't get burnt out on making tech vids and don't forget our main priority in life Jesus Christ. I know in the busyness of life that is easy to do. Trust me I've been there. I've realized though He is the only thing that matters. I pray that your life continues to be blessed by the Lord. Bro I’m more of a sprinter than a runner. But I found out sprinting is not as good as long distance for capture the flag at night games at the park lol 😂

Yes so glad you commented! Remember God cares more about your heart than your actions. And when your heart is in the right place, your actions will follow. As for being consistent in the Word: Treat reading the Bible like spending time sitting across the table from Jesus. He wrote the book so He can show you what it means. Temptation can be very very hard but Jesus said there’s no temptation that we can’t overcome. God is faithful to always give us an exit out of temptation. So when you’re tempted, just take the exit. Hope this helps! I’m praying for you (thanks for being so supportive you’re always in my comments!!)
