I have the same exact flash I put it in the normal mode and it will flash once! Then when I go to take another picture it will not flash unless I turn it off and turn it back on to normal again! What do you think could be wrong?

The square piece that attaches to the hotshoe and bracket arm has come off. I cannot seem to get it pressed back on. Any help would be appreciated.

I received a call right back from Nick. We decided that I could try to fix it myself. After needlenose pliers and vice grips, all fixed and like new.
