ShoWTimE is the best Protoss chance to win big events on LAN imo, he just need to keep it together in the big games. And a bigger balance change for PvT would help too Great games, great commentary as always

Classic and Creator are good but I don’t see them doing it, Maxpax might not ever go to lan, potentially Skillous if you give it a few more years but he isn’t there yet
I feel like the way to counter that first game as Zerg is to commit to a lot of mutalisks. Brood lords lose vs tempests, banelings would require better creep spread, ultras get blasted by the anti-armor, reasonable numbers of spellcasters get sniped by the tempests, and lurkers were clearly only about even at best. There was a section in the mid game where zerglings kept that army back at home rather than contesting new bases, and I think in the late game mutas would be the only way to continue that pattern. Hyper-mobile mining denial and just avoiding that army seem like the best way to deal with it
That was hands down the MOST impressive Protoss series I think I've ever seen. Showtime seems to have cracked the code for dealing with Zerg. I thought the series against Solar was amazing enough, but at the end of the bonus game I couldn't even believe what I was seeing. Best use of stasis wards EVER. Spoilers for the final game: In the bonus game Reynor makes a Spire at 13 minutes (55:51), I assume to make a tech switch into Brood Lords, but then he spends all his larvae on zerglings as it is finishing up. Then he researches Flyer-attack 1 and never makes a single corruptor. If that extra wave of zerglings were Brood Lords instead then I think he would have had it there.

They are (were?) not that much slower than Roach\Hydra, can constrain former to some degree, keep you from derping into mines, etc., cover the retreat, but wrecked by snipe. So you put 'em in front of your army and collide, burrow, tab to fung, you'll lose some but it's war son.
The Zerg race is being destroyed by having the best SC2 player use it. If Serral was a protoss or terran player those races would be getting all the nerfs. Just wait, soon the terrans will be nerfed cause Clem is so dominate.

Ghosts in SC2 are about as broken as the ghost army in LOTR 3
But you have to admit the cat fight between Kerrigan and Nova was the best cg cheescake ever!
