Hi @Steve Gore mostly don't because dome vendors have already sold the meat less than half the day. Some just gets the meat and chicken from the freezer at the middle of the day till night. But it is always best to smell it first, and of course thoroughly cook it don't eat it raw for your safety. It is best to buy in these wet markets in the morning, if in the afternoon or night, i usually buy from the groceries where they also sell raw meat and chicken. In few months time i'll make a food vlog for you guys to enjoy

Hi @Charles Rodriguez if there's one thing that i'm not proud of currently, that would be the government. Its full of corruption. In the past there were corrupt officials who at least did something good for the country but still was able to steal a part of the money. Right now, what's helping the country aside from the "gov't" are the private sectors here or the rich businessmen that do a collaboration with government to build bridges, train stations. And of course, other deals with other countries for some of the past presidents. Still, I believe corruption has added to the poverty of some people here.. anyway, thanks for watching! ☺️💗🥭🍿🙏

But if not in a walk tour, I usually walk counterflow towards the incoming vehicles so you could watch out for them. Its safer that way. The filipinos looks more discipline..they park their 3 wheel bikes neatly..the foodstall also they didnt use the main road!!!
