We will just have to wait and see, won't we? I think if they have proper drainage the land will be most useful , but what I think doesn't matter , only time will tell.

Pour gagner du terrain au lieu des eaux sans bénéfique en plus cette couche d'enrochement va servir de drainage une fois les eaux remontent et la suite sera de dresser une autre couche de remblai sélectionné
