എന്റെ alto800 ലെ fuel line ലേക്ക് പോകുന്ന rubber pipe ദ്വാരം വീണ് കുറേ petrol റോഡിൽ പോകുന്ന അവസ്ഥയുണ്ടായി. ഇതേ സംഭവം കേരളത്തിലുടനീളം സംഭവിച്ചു എന്ന തരത്തിൽ ന്യൂസിൽ കാണുകയും ചെയ്തു. Alcohol കലർന്ന പെട്രോൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതാണ് കാരണം എന്നാണവർ പറയുന്നത്. എന്താണ് ഇതിന്റെ സത്യാവസ്ഥ??
കഴിഞ്ഞയാഴ്ച്ച എൻ്റെ സുഹൃത്തിൻ്റെ അച്ചൻ്റെ Alto 800 ഇതേപോലെ സംഭവിച്ചു. BS6 ൽ എഥനോൾ കൂടുതലടങ്ങിയ പെട്രോൾ കാരണമാണ് ഇത് സംഭവിക്കുന്നത്. ദിവസവും വണ്ടി ഓടിക്കുന്നെങ്കിൽ വലിയ കുഴപ്പമുണ്ടാകില്ല.

Global NCAP is a stripped down crash testing norms mainly for 3rd world countries. Norms where setted by a private agency .But crash test is conducted in Euro NCAP accredited labs like ADAC. Check any of the Global NCAP test video. Global NCAP is liberal with a reduced crash test speed with certain tests skipped.

European cars are not tested at global NCAP. They are tested by Euro NCAP.
Its called BNVSAP. India is setting up labs in Chennai & Pune. BNVSAP is equivalent to Euro Ncap. What Biju said is not correct, we haven't mandatorily testing cars yet because Automobile is industry hit by covid & Bharat Stage 6 implementation .By 2023 we could see the govt mandatorily brining 5 star rating as per BNVSAP OR Bharat Ncap norms.
Global NCAP are a set of norms, far liberal than Euro NCAP , mainly for 3rd world country. All over Europe there are EURO NCAP accredited labs which conduct crash test. Global NCAP crash test are conducted in ADAC Germany crash testing lab.
Global NCAP is exclusively for Tata & Mahindra. 😄😄😄They are basically from UK but never heard that they did tested any cars there. 😏😏

Basically Global NCAP, EURO NCAP, Latin NCAP etc are same. Some private voluntary organisations which has not authority over release of vehicle. Basic vehicle crash test is defined in UNECE standard. Type approval is needed for all vehicle to sell. NCAP uses only vehicles which has type approval. So NCAP tells only additional safety over type approval. So zero NCAP rating is also ok only. I see ARAI also follows UNECE standard only.
