India needs to realize that there isn't lack of employees but rather the lack of employers , we need a bunch of risk takers that are will to take risks and open start ups/ create companies/entrepreneurs . I blame the education system for this . Only the country has been able to develop thanks to people who took the risks and pushed their limits . There is a limit to how much government can provide jobs. Private sector needs more attention .

I will not recommend to anyone to come to gurgaon because don't go to the looks of building...here if you spend one day then within 24 hours..min 1 to 2 hours electricity will cut n you have to spend ur day without electricity..I m here from one year n so fedup with this facility n will switch the city. All the street are always filled with water even without any rain..no drainage system at all..what a city...
One of the worst managed city in India. Everywhere you can see high rise, but without the adequate infrastructure of proper roads and pavements and drainage system. Only the roads close to Rapid metro is good, rest are in pathetic condition. 1hr of rain is enough to create havoc in the city. The power cut is frequent. Gurgaon development authority will only show areas around Cyberhub, and the Rapid Metro which merely constitutes 5% of Gurgaon. Rest of the city are in horrible condition. What's more, the roads were designed around rapid metro without any proper planning, you can't even cross the roads on golf course road without using the metro station building. Does the development authority expects everybody to use Cars? did not they realized not all of us use cars and cant just cross roads like that? Don't go the above video, you will regret coming to this city, add to that, it's too expensive as well.
