1. Check if both the phones are properly connected to the same WiFi network.
2. Recreate a server and try to join.
3. Try to create a server on IOS and join from Android. if it doesn't work, create server on your Android and try to join from iOS.
4. Restart the phone and check it once.
5. Hope this steps may help you.

Raju Paul, Both the phone should be connected to same network and you have to join the local server.
Re-watch the video and check if you are missing something as I hv mentioned everything abt the game.
