I really hope they change these dragons. They are the starter dragons, the first dragons a new player will see. And honestly I'd prefer model remakes over a new dragon.
I hope they get remodeled like toothless especially the nightmare and zippleback as these were the ones I grew up around most and loved since I was a child lol
I ain't gonna lie but they need to definitely change the animation for flapping his wings like omg and the hideous zippleback and they need to put more detail in the monstrous nightmare tail and the deadly nadder head is kinda funny when the wings are playing the head looks like it is broken
Hookfang was a very hot tempered dragon whose species was told to be dangerous in the first movie. I think the developers who animated the Monstrous Nightmare were looking for intimidating-aggressive animations due to its behavior. Just saying. Don't hit me-
One thing I worry about the changes of animation is that they will have the Slow-mo running like the newer one. The old one may seems aggresive but the weight is natural. Perhaps they can find the middle ground
I know i’m a little late but it’s nice to see someone review them! I hope SoD eventually updates all of them because their designs are all outdated especially the titans and the animations are horrendous with noticeable wing clipping and glitches. I would even go out of my way to ask for the Stormcutter to be remodeled as well. They’re all outdated and look sad.. especially Cloudjumper.
Listen in my opinion they don't have to completly remake the models, but probable Fix some details AND textures. Or also the old toothles animations in some dragons..

Honestly I don’t mind the Monstrous Nightmare walk because it looks like how the Monstrous Nightmare moved in the first movie

if the update the M. nightmare, it could be the best og dragon because of how gorgeous the model is

The whole game needs a remake. Well mostly the maps but the quests and loading issues are abundant
