Can u explain why literature is an integrative art in our modern world?
Because so much of literature expresses universal truths about the human condition, that are just as true now as they were when they were written. It's why people from completely different cultures can read a work in literature and connect with it in such a similar way. It allows us to, at least partially, to unify our human experiences.
