What makes it even more noticeable is that these newer rides have less detail than let’s say pirates where there is activity basically 360 degrees. Tiana and friends are basically the sole focus of a given scene, so if they aren’t functioning, theres nothing other than foliage to look at. Same with rise. There’s cool vignettes here and there, but a lot just looks like riding through an empty space warehouse.
Disney maintenance has been slaking a lot lately and its very concerning. Especially since Disney is planning on adding new expansion the next 5 to 10 years. Look at the new encanto ride and the new villains land thats being worked on. Hopefully these issues get resolved before these future projects are ready for guest to experience .
This is why I am obsessed with old animatronics! There is so much nostalgia with its a small world, pirates, haunted mansion, Peter Pan, Snow White too! I love those older animatronics and they rarely break down!!
Yes, it's true...Disney's operational budgets are extremely tight right now. Burbank need to vacume every single PENNY "out" of the parks to prop up all the other failing company divisions. But that is OK,..don't worry! Burbank has promised us that this is only temporary. Burbank has promised us a giant $60 billion infusion of cash very, very soon. To the fans: Just hold on a little bit longer, the cavalry is on the way to save us right around the corner.
You are correct. The conventional wisdom is that. Disney is swimming in cash but in reality they are massively in debt. The money generated by the parks does not make up for the losses from streaming (in the billions) and films. There is still the matter of the billions Disney owes to Comcast which has yet to be paid. Everything Disney does is paid for by loans.
Someone needs to send the Disney Investors and the Higher ups at Disney to these rides when they broken down to showcase how much their money is going. I mean money should not be a question if these rides need to be working 24-7.
It's funny the animatronics don't work for Tiana's because Disney even made this amazing video about how great they are before Tiana's opened. You'd think this attraction would be one where they'd work perfect since they're brand new.
All signs point to no. From what I have been told the technology is highly weak to moisture and mold. Something that in the highly humid Florida climate combined with it being a water ride makes pretty impossible to protect against. Which honestly sounds like a massive design flaw for things like Frog Princess ride.
So my first question is does Country Bears have malfunctioning too since it’s a new ride? If not, then the new technology didn’t factor in the humidity or being tested in an attraction that actually splashes water. Imagineering would have to go back to the drawing board cause they didn’t factor in the mishaps when building these animatronics. I hope no one shows up to Disney this year. Not cause I want Disney to fail or that I don’t like Disney. I think the board members need to be shaken up to see they need to stop neglecting the parks. They are not going to change the status quo unless the masses stop showing up.
also gotta remember that they’re cutting corners everywhere like in the lights at EPCOT that many videos have been made about. and yet they charge THOUSANDS for an insane vacation, yet we’re not getting our moneys worth? that’s why i’ll always be a Universal guy haha. Animal Kingdom was pretty cool tho.
That's why we hired Imagineers who can't find their wrench with both hands. Tomorrow will feature S.H.I.T Corrective Action. Where focus is diverting sewage into The Rivers of America to divert through turbines into Tiana's. Then to Frontier land. This will put power from the turbines to re light the Epcot.
Disney is a multi billion dollar company. I don't want to hear any excuses about not wanting to hire more people for maintenance, no no no, . Disney makes multi billions of dollars I think they can afford more staff. Come on now . We believe in you.
So obviously you all know how Moana 2 just got to a billion dollars in spite of being the absolute most unnecessary Disney sequel in recent memory, right? Well, considering how the film barely hides its origins as a Disney+ show, let me give you a personal warning - now that Moana 2 has succeeded beyond anyone’s expectations, chances are that Disney is looking for how to repeat that success as we speak. And if you thought Tiana’s Bayou Adventure was a giant waste of perfectly good time, money and talent…I don’t blame you, but beware. The Mouse may very well be getting ready to repeat the recent Moana success with Princess and the Frog’s own long-gestating Disney+ series. And keep in mind they still haven’t announced anything for Thanksgiving 2026, so this is my well in advance warning to all of you. And if you don’t believe me, then go ahead - it won’t be the first time someone didn’t believe someone else online. However, by the same token, no one believed me about the blatant false advertising of Matangi, so do not say I didn’t warn you of an imminent scam - again

The stakes are high with the Walt Disney Animatronic coming in May
You ain’t lyin

They are Ole Reliables compared to what we've seen lately with newer Animatronics.
Yes when you're paying this much money for a vacation you do expect things to work and you should!
Disney could be cooked 🥩 if the Epic Universe animatronics are as good as advertised and don't break down
It’s one of the only advantages that Disney has had.
TBA is really unacceptable to me, and I'm so sick of people pretending that it good! The non-working animatronics and the boring story, I just can't.

Can you imagine paying hundreds for Premier Pass for this junk?!🤣😂

This is ridiculous. I know things break down from time to time , but this is out of control .
I think I might had a very lucky experience at Tiana this January. Everything was working perfectly and I rode it in the end of the day.

Those cuts started long ago
Very true
I got back from Disney World about 3 hours ago and the lack of maintenance was really obvious. Also rides were down and up *constantly*.
Park maintenance has really fallen off in recent years unfortunately
Disney is also overusing arm movement on their animatronics lately, to the point that it looks unnatural.
I can confirm Tiana is still frozen at Disneyland…
Great point . Not to mention the new encanto ride as well as the new villains land coming to the magic kingdom . I am very worried.

Guy in the video and you are just as insufferable as Disney fans. Smh
How ever will I go on without your approval…
