चमत्कारों से भरा है मां शीतला का यह मंदिर, जानें क्यों नहीं भरता देवी का यह घड़ा

Sorry to say but it is a false belief of people living around this temple. At 12:35 you can see a 1-inch opening in the so-called "Okhli" (small kund). This temple must be built on a big hill under it and all the water sips through the 1-inch opening in Okhli. I believe in Mataji but this miracle is nothing more than the normal water flowing in the crack of the narrow hole on the rocky surface of the hill.
