Amen I was a child and I can remember him coming to our church and shut NOTHING BUT DOWN.. And PREACH LORD , AN ANOINTED VESSEL OF THE MOST HIGH GOD ... Truly missed
This was the time when people meant what they sang about and who they were singing to. God got the Glory and souls were saved, healed and delivered. God made His moves then when choirs sang.
I was trying to figure out what James Moore was and what I mean by that is since he sang Lead, Tenor, Alto, Soprano, Baritone and everything in between, it was hard for me to place him but by nature, he was a Tenor. Out of all the albums he ever made my most favorite one was Rev. James Moore and the Mississippi Mass Choir at Jackson State University. I know that even in his sickness he praised and glorified God and when his natural eyes closed, he got a brand new body and eyesight. I miss his ministry so much but he is resting in God's peace and if you've never heard his wife and children sing? "Oh my goodness " what a legacy and anointing he left. 😌😌😌
I've never seen him sing baritone. In fact he rarely ever went below G3. He usually sang alto and tenor. His natural tessitura however was similar to that of a mezzo-soprano (you'd call this alto in choral part terms).
@@KajiVocalsthere's a video of him on Facebook, preaching & singing at the Bright Star Male Chorus 11th Anniversary, 1989, where he hit a C3 singing "We Worship Christ the Lord". That's the lowest note I've seen him hit.
Thanks for sharing this anointed and inspirational video of the late Rev. James Moore. We praise GOD for sharing him with us. Even in sickness, he remained faithful to the end... TGBTG!
How did I miss this one!? The great! One of biggest influences, if not THE biggest. THANK YOU!!! This is the most of his testimony I've heard! I love him & his ministry so much. His encouragement is for me and so many others. I needed this message.

This is when the SPIRIT of GOD moved differently in the church! Old school was the best at worshipping the LORD. Don’t get me wrong, today there are some that are still on fire for CHRIST. Just isn’t the same as it used to be! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Man I remember growing up in church and when one of the saints got up to tell a glorious testimony the saints would get up and start shouting and praising God everywhere
Thank you so much for sharing this! This man ministry has always bless me and lifted me in times when I was down! Please post more of you can. God Bless

That tenor with the glasses mic was all the way up and he held his note down.
I'm certain most of those men feel just ridiculous. Their faces say it all.
❤
Just think of Reverend Moore and Rance Allen sang together for one song what that would have been like 💯💯
Is that Ted Winn on the front row?
I believe so
Yep looking like a young Nathan Simmons
They need breathing techniques
