Oh, man, what a cool talk video, very nice! You got quite a few of those, I think LC Racing should be aware how good an ambassador you are to their brand. Such cool buggies, I love your idea with the identities, and the awesome paint jobs! I gotta get me one of those that looks like a Typhon at some point, but probably a real Typhon first, ha ha... But before that, I think I need me a BHC-1, I just found a great place for it, astro turf soccer field very near me, ha ha!
Thanks a ton for all of the info! Do you prefer the 1/12 or 1/14 on that track size? I've never owned a 1/12 buggy but I'm looking at them hard. They seem like a blast.
First question at the 7 second you say this is probably one of my favorite cars, what tires are on that car and how much bigger than stock tires are they? And also I drove mine on only dirt tracks. Any recommendations on travel spring rate, tires, etc? Not sure where to start on setup and diffs and to run swaybars or not
@Mr316jon316 at 7s those are stock tires on black rims. The ones before that are a rally tire found on aliexpress. For dirt I would use a rally or possibly wl tires. Lc tires are really for carpet.
@Mr316jon316 for dirt sway bars are not really needed, but it's really up to the driver and how it feels to you. Shock oil and ride height and tires are the most noticeable difference on many condition. Each one will feel different when changed tmso don't do them all at one time.
@Mr316jon316 i would run stock springs, 30wt, wl tires with knob, 3s or larger kv motor ten shock x1401 is a good one. Ride height depending on how bumpy that dirt is.
This type of carpet is industrial high traffic. Same carpet you would find in office buildings. Best thing to do is try offer up and just be patient waiting for that hard to pass up deal. There are many carpet installer that have left over or even used carpet will work. Also ask local carpet companies. The size you see 30'x40' or so for reference. I really hope you build a track my man its definitely worth all the work.
That's a tough one because the all drive different. I think the rear mount 12B-L is more predictable on carpet slightly easier to drive than the 12b1. EMB-T is absolutely best for dirt or clay, not as nimble on carpet but still really good. 12b-1 feels more AWD compared to the AWD with rear bias. I'll work on making this comparison video for you it's a great question.
@@ixclusiverc great, thank you! I won’t really be racing it, just bashing and speeding around. Definitely some off road stuff, light jumping. Which do you think would be better for that? I can either kit for the same price
@magnusstone then I'll show you exactly that and tell you what I'm feeling while I drive. I know you will have the most fun with the emb-t RTR, which is completely fine unless you want to build one. Even if you decide later, warren rc has a kit to upgrade any lc to mid drive long wheelbase. If you're the type to buy upgrades, then go 12b-1. If you just want to get it and drive, go emb-t. No matter get both buggy and truggy tires
Need this video! I really enjoyed most of your set ups so I’m glad I got to see the inside of them

I would love to see some BHC-1 footage... especially on turf 🙂
That car is very fun & easy to drive.
You will be very happy with it.
Beautiful.. Great vid brother.. Keep teaching me haha.👍
Also at 8:45 what shock towers are those? And are they better than the stock metal ones that are made from butter?

where did you get your carpet? I might like to set something up for some pan cars would it work good with foam tires too?

@@ixclusiverc great! I definitely like to build the kit and upgrade, even though I’m just a basher. Looking forward to it!
