Literally. Epic. So glad u did this review as well i wasn’t sure which one to get to be honest but you made me fall in love with the Hawkins pallet

The names of the shades all make a lot more sense now that i've seen the first part of the 4th season!!! I want the Void pallete mostly because of the amazing packaging.
i’m soooo excited for this review!!! i think this was a reallllly great release for mac. i loveeee stranger things and i love the packaging for everything!!! the blushes are gorgeous, the glosses are fun, and the palettes fit the theme reallllly well. omg, i want that bronzer brush, yellow gloss, pinky gloss and blushes soooo badly!!! this was an awesome review. i loved seeing you wearing black lipgloss!!! 🖤🖤🖤
As an 1980’s kid, preteen and early teenager, I prefer the Hawkins HS collection, because as a woman approaching 50 next year, I don’t mind the more neutral shadows in that Class of 1986 palette. However, the bright colors reminds me of the make-up colors of the mid-late 1980’s. At the Target I bought my Stranger Things make-up, I’m glad that I bought the only Hawkins HS lip glass, Wild Wheeler, because it may be bright fluorescent pink in the tube, but it looks like a subtle pink on my lips. Of course the Friends Don’t Lie blush looks adorable on me. It’s a soft, subtle color on my cheeks. I’m thinking about getting The Void palette, because it is gorgeous. Some of those shadows look like similar colors I have in my make-up collection. From the Upside Down collection, I’d get that red blush and the Max acid green lip glass, for sure.

It’s about time someone did something with Stranger Things (come on, Colourpop!). It caught my eye and thanks for the review. Mac can be a little….pricey, so an honest opinion is appreciated. 😊
I only have the Hawkins eye shadow palette, one of the Hawkins lip glosses. I love my free faney pack! This collection is everything.

Hi Heather; it was so fun seeing you so excited for this collection!! It's like watching a kid on Christmas and I was happy for you. I am glad that even though it was more mid toned, the first palette had a green for you to enjoy. 💚 I loved the second look best. I normally only wear nude glosses or ones like Lunar Beauty Dreamy my fave, but those glosses had me thinking maybe I should branch out. Glad you enjoyed the collection and thanks for sharing.💕

I'm SO excited for next Friday!!!! I bought the 2 palettes and red blush. They were quite pricey for a little amount of product, but the packaging quality is more than amazing!!! It's equal to Colourpop collab packaging, which is always on point. I am rewatching the 3 seasons for the 87th time before we start season 4!!!!

Thanks so much for doing this review...I was on the edge of picking up the Void palette but it seemed a little pricey and now I'm glad I passed. The looks are nice but there are so many other better places to spend $45. Another great video!

I feel so vannila just starting out. But yes im playing around with the Upside down. Using the Black gloss layered on top of Mac Powder Kiss Liquid Lipcolor in the Devoted to Chili and loving the results.
Going to keep playing around with the Eyeshadow to see what i can figure out being a total novice at this.
I bought the upside down palette and have to say packaging was nice. It’s pretty heavy duty.
I'm not into Mac. I am into this channel of yours Heather! Great looks! I'm into all the indie brands you named. However, if you can build them up then I'm willing to try them out. I am interested in the brushes!
I just got mine and I got the friends don’t lie side the blush and eyeshadow palette wore it today and loved it too. Not as impactful as indie shadows but the packaging sold me too. Keeping the boxes 😂

I hope that’s not offensive to you but throughout the video I could not get over how much you look like her! I wonder how many people have told you that… anyway, I loved your review and your style of review. It was super through and very helpful to me because now I’m convinced I need this collection but I’m only getting the upside down because it’s a lot more unique to my collection. You definitely gained a new subscriber in me and im so glad I found your channel which has nothing to do with the JH look alike comment because im actually not a fan of her 😘
I’ve recently went back and tried soft glam palette. I was so underwhelmed with the shimmers. I’ve got use to others that have much of a wow factor. Even colourpop shimmers give you the wow compared to the abh soft glam. It use to be my favorite palette. I even repurchased it bc used up some fav shades. It’s not my favorite anymore and I don’t think I will repurchase if I ever use it up.
I bought the green brush bc I had to have something! I was on the fence about the eyeshadow palette but am super tempted by the red blush. Do you think it could work on fair skin or is it too pigmented? I love your eye looks!

I was on the fence about the deeper blush too - I’m fair/cool but I think I want to get both blushes when payday hits - if they are still available. I don’t think the eyeshadow palette will be the quality I want - kind of into the brushes but they are overpriced I think. Anywho - I think we should get the deeper blush for sure after watching!! 😘

@@sandy5791 yeah, I do agree. I think the light pink one does look a little repetitive to my collection, but it also has a beautiful sheen to it, which I think would be lovely for summer. I don’t think I have a baby pink blush that’s exactly like it, so I think I’m gonna try to grab it also. Kind of into that big brush too, after watching Heather use it. I wish the palettes had better color stories. They could have done something REALLY COOL and I think they missed the mark. Not that I don’t think that they did a good job, I just think they could have really done something cool.
