So his second talent is a passive heal like perfumer? I don't understand then why skill 3 says all operators since talent 2 already says so
Maybe because it says 'recover' not 'recovers' he assumed it's a global effect?
Talent 2 needs you to deploy less than 4 operator, so I guess S3 affects if you have more than 4 operator on field
second talent is only for himself. s3 makes it apply to everyone.

skill actually is +40% Max HP, +40% DEF and when attacked deal 40% of Yu's ATK as burn damage back to the attacker
