It feels like Togashi is shooting for another inverse parallel in Kurapika and Chrollo like we have in Gon and Meruem. Through guarding and caring for Woble and Oito, Kurapika's need for revenge will subside, while Chrollo has fallen deep into despair and craves nothing more than revenge and may lose all regard for the Spider's legs.
If they knew Isoka well, they would simply baited with Gon saying that he recovered twice as powerful. Then, they could have heard his pants tearing apart from the dark continent.

He's just pushing Chrollo's buttons because he's a sore loser (and because Chrollo potentially cheated). That being said, Hisoka already stated that the next time Gon fights him, it'll be to the death.
I would have been hella pissed if he had killed Machi at that moment. I am not a Hisoka/Machi shipper but I have felt that Hisoka had an attraction to Machi beyond just her power strength/fighting. It never felt like he had any ill will towards her in their interactions in the past so him just killing her outright would have been baffling to me. Having him not kill her at that moment instead feels like he had spared her out of his old soft spot for her as a "parting gift" before he put her and the other Spiders on his hit list. I think it would be interesting if when Machi and Hisoka face each other again he was willing to spare her if she stayed out of his way with the rest of the troupe...if only for the kind of reaction that would spark in both Machi and the fandom. lmao xD I don't think that will happen though and I am fearful for Machi when that showdown comes. She's not going to back down and I am afraid that her emotions for the spiders will cloud her judgments in the fight. ;-;
I hate that everyone always forgets that Kalluto is apart of the Phantom Troupe, like his existence there is literally a ticking time bomb. While he may not be Killua’s favorite sibling, I’m sure he has some sort familial affection for him and if Kurapika is to be the one to end up killing Kalluto while he’s going after other spiders then it may cause a definite rift between Killua and Kurapika. Not only that but the other Zoldyck family members may take action against Kurapika as well. I’m not sure if Kurapika is only going after members who were present at the Kurta massacre or if he’s wishing to kill all members old and new but this kind of conflict is not one to be ignored. But even if it turns out that Hisoka gets to Kalluto first, I’ll still be very upset because I think Kalluto is actually very interesting and far too overlooked as a character and it would be a shame if he ended up as just another throw away kill.
He isn’t going to kill kalluto because he had nothing to do with the Kurta clan massacre. Just like he didn’t kill hisoka when he very well could have since he was a phantom troupe member. Also Kurapika most likely knows kalluto is a Zoldyck and he has been to the zoldyck mansion and SEEN kalluto. Simply put he only wants to kill chrollo, feitan,Shizuku, nobunaga, not machi since hisoka won’t allow it. Basically the members that came from meteor city
If HxH was a regular ongoing manga I would have loved for the next arc to focus on Chrollo and the troupe, but alas all I can hope for is that I get to read the ending at all.
We wouldn't be able to have sympathy for them if we watch them killing innocent people and other killers for more than a whole arc. It would dehumanise them. Some flashbacks about their childhood in Meteor City would be nice. Uvogin's and Feitan's old character designs are interesting for example. They don't seem that aggressive lol.

As much as I love the manga of One Piece, watching HxH subverted my attention and made me realize that its writing is on another level. It almost felt like shounen mixed with an acclaimed TV drama like Breaking Bad or The Sopranos.

HxH starts off pretty cliche', but also Gon, Killua and Kurapika as the main characters keep it more anchored to the literal translation of "shounen" than it otherwise would be.

If HxH would return on a regular basis, it would catapult itself into the top 10 manga/anime. It probably can't beat One Piece for most people, though.

I have an interesting theory. What if the ability to see the future not actually disappeared from the Bandit Secret book? What if Chrollo used it and see something so scary that he turn into this version of himself? He looks hopeless and hellbent on taking hisoka. He didn't even be like this on Kurapika even after he killed Uvo. The text maybe so bad that he need to hide it from other members. It might involve more than just Hisoka. It might be the end of something he hold dear. And he might be trying to change the fate by some means he would not normally do. That would be interesting.
I feel like what it could be more suggestive of, is that it may prove the theory that Hisoka is posing as Illumi. If the fortune telling ability disappears conveniently before this arc it suggests someone (realistically hisoka) has killed the original user. Whilst he could have done this just to deprive Chrollo of an ability it's more likely based on Hisoka's character that he did it for a specific purpose. And the main reason would be if he intended to deceive Chrollo in a major way that would only be disrupted if he had the fortune telling ability.
That's a cool theory, only issue with it is that the user of the fortune telling ability cannot use it on themself. So he would have to have told the fortune of someone else to see something horrible

At your mention of Kalluto, i’m pretty sure he was referring to Killua. It is heavily theorized by fans that he took on feminine clothing in order to mimic Alluka and ‘catch’ Killua’s attention, which one may assume can be fairly far fetched, but as Illumi also possesses an unwavering attachment to Killua, it isn’t all that bizarre to think that Killua is often envied or desired. Not to mention that Kalluto still identifies as a male, so he wouldn’t be doing it for the same reasons as Alluka. Moreover, Kalluto seems to share the strongest bond with their mother out of all the siblings, and probably wants Killua to return to his assassin life like the rest of his family.
I actually noticed that during the child Alluka flashbacks to her killing the butler by denying her requests, the zoldyck mother is actually wearing an outfit very similar to Kalluto's, so perhaps he's trying to emulate her to get her approval

I personally think illumi would be a massive threat during this arc, he's so fucked in the head combined with his powers could lead to him trying to make everyone on the ship killing each other.
Franklin actually has an interesting view on things, waiting for hisoka to come to them would probably be much smarter, all they need is patience, althogh I understand that leaving the rift of them and the dead troup members would be painful for the whole troupe since we already know how much it effected chrollo. At this point if hisoka comes to fight them, it'd be much smarter, either way bungee gum has the properties of both rubber and gum so idk how they're supposed to fight against that.

Yes and only a handful will live to reach the dark continent. All of the kakin, phantom troup, kurapika and hisoka will surely die inside the ship. They have no business and motivation to go to the DC anyway.
@@NeilsonBuntowa I mean most of the Troupe will definitely die, and it's possible chrollo, kurapika and hisoka will as well (although frankly I expect chrollo and Machi as well as kurapika and hisoka to survive at least until the dark continent which while none of them have any immediate intentions to go to yet there are several possible reasons hisoka or chrollo could need or want to go (and if either of them were to do so the other would follow as well as kurapika and Machi). As for the kakin it's extremely unlikely they would all die, maybe if you are only talking about the royal family it's possible (but still unlikely IMO) but I don't really see any reason for all the reguslat people to die as well unless something extremely dramatic happened like feitan activating rising sun with post mortem nen and destroying the entire ship (and probably everyone on it) or something else that level but that would be a weird twist for togashi unless he just decides he is done writing, besides the kakin already have an easy way out before the dark continent and it's not like anyone is actively trying to kill them.
Because she couldn't make fortunes anymore, I assume Mr nostrad killed his daughter or angry fans of hers. Also the old fortunes for the troupe members are coming true. Shalnark had 3 calls before he died. 1 unknown troupe member was going to die out of phinks, kurtopi, and feitan. Kurtopi dead now. And even though she is my favorite, shizuku is now in danger. In a room alone with treasure is where she will die. If a rich family is on that boat with the intent on moving to a new home, you'd expect them to have all their valuables locked away in the boat. My 3 favs of the spiders were shalnark, shizuku, and kortopi. It's not fair! Their dying and my only survivor is likely the next! Help!
Although Illumi joined the troupe to "kill" Hisoka, I dont think he will. I mean, he doesn't really have a reason or need to fight Hisoka, as he hasn't gotten in his way. Hisoka is also a big help to Illumi, and his only "friend" (in his own twisted way). Hisoka could've easily hired Illumi to join the troupe, for his own personal reasons (entertainment or information of some sort). This also benefits Illumi, as he can watch Kalluto, who we don't know much about. So, what might Illumi do? He could 1. Murder the troupe (unlikely) 2. Manipulate the troupe into whatever Hisoka asked him to do 3. Gather info on a specific topic (or just whatever the troupe talks about in general). At least, this is what I hope. I love both Hisoka and Illumi, and wouldn't want them to fight.
That's one thing I wondered and feared.. that her dad took himself and her out because he couldn't face poverty/retaliation from other mafia groups. But I really think it's Hisoka that killed her. It seems suspiciously timed and he knew about her power and how Chrollo was going to use it to stay ahead of misfortune. One of the reasons I thought he took so long to face Hisoka was because Chrollo was testing his fortunes and looking for when his poems revealed death. That's how come he was so confident he'd win that fight. Then again Togashi could just surprise us all and reveal that they found some sort of Nen user who could recover Neon's power from a distance and just stole it back for her. 😂
@@oceanwavesandcocaine1129 Kurapika avenging Hisoka? I doubt it. I don't think Kurapika has any feeling of loyalty towards Hisoka to desire to avenge his death. I feel It's gonna be down to a Chrollo v Hisoka rematch with Revenge as the motivation of both parties. It'll be one heckin' gritty match with a super close call and I feel Chrollo will come out the victor but severely scarred. The Spider will have fallen (Hisoka taking down many if not all the other members) and he'll be without a clan like Kurapika.
@@Furkward thanks! I'd like to think Feitan would be impossible for Hisoka to kill if only cause the little shit is a slippery fuck. Haha. I also don't count Illumi and Kalluto in with the deaths (so they could count with the surviving) because I fully believe that Illumi is a traitor who will backstab Chrollo at the end and Kalluto will join him only because Kalluto is still young and blindly loyal to the family over The Spider. I do not see Illumi and Kalluto as fully legitimate spiders. Of the surviving spiders (sans Feitan possibly) I just don't see any being able to hold off against Hisoka on their own and barely in their groups. Only Chrollo has the variety in attacks and strategy that would work. Even then it will be a struggle because I feel he's stronger with a well thought out onslaught and not a spur of the moment on the spot battle. I don't feel the fight will be as graceful as the 1st one but Chrollo will be the victor by the skin of his teeth. I also feel that Kurapika might roll up on Chrollo after that point who might be very down about losing what was basically his family/identity and having no fight left in him. He'll probably encourage if not request Kurapika to finish him off and get his own revenge because he has nothing left now. This would give Kurapika like some moment to think it through in that he can kill him for the revenge or have a better version of what he attempted to do in Yorknew which was leaving him without a family like Kurapika is without his. Leaving Chrollo alive to suffer alone with nothing but memories and a broken spirit would be satisfying revenge for Kurapika. BAH I'm rambling and repeating myself. Sorry. I just think about this shit soooo much. Lmaooo
IIRC it was implied that the original owner of the "lovely ghost writer ability", i.e. the prophecy girl, was killed by rival mafia. IMO, it doesn't make sense for Hisoka to kill her.

Hmm.. I have my suspicion that Neon Nostrade is still alive. Kurapika said to Light Nostrade who frustrated by the lost of Neon's ability that 'he'll take care of it' or something like that.. So maybe Kurapika did 'something' to steal Neon's Nen ability back behind Chrolo's back. Because if Neon already died, then Kurapika, Melody & Basho couldn't be a Nostrade Falily's Bodyguad anymore.. Well.. just my guess, though..
Really hoping that the fact that Hisoka has had Machi stitch him together with her nenthreads for taking stupid damage that he could avoid will come back and bite Hisoka in the ass. He currently has tons of Machis nen inside of him and he is held together by her strings. She even said so back in Heavens arena, ie that she didn't heal his arm and that i was her threads keeping it together and that it if he were to overextert himself he could snap the threads . Having Machi pull out her threads at the right time unraveling Hisoka would be such a badass moment for her and would be the kind of thing that wouldn't just surprise Hisoka (Something that is very hard to do) but he'd probably think it was a pretty great move to boot.
I would be happy to see that. Hisoka needs to be knocked down more pegs and that would be funny. It would even be cool if she could use her threads to shred him apart from the inside!
Maybe post mortem nen after her death. The troupe will die for sure. Hisoka and Kurapika will rip the legs off to immobilize the head of the spider before killing Chrollo. It's their destiny.

I would prefer it if it looked like it would be a Hisoka/Kurapika team up only for Hisoka to get taken out by the remaining troupe as they all go down together leaving only Kurapika and Chrollo.
@@kenneth8505 I do not see Kurapika fighting with Hisoka over the troupe.. especially with the prince battle going on. It seems like his plate is full. I do see Hisoka taking out some more Troupe members but I do not think he will take out everyone... or at least it won't be a "walk in the park" (heh) like with Kortopi and Shal. It will be a struggle for him. I do think Hisoka and Chrollo will face each other again but I don't think it will end with Chrollo's death. Hisoka will die by Chrollo's hand but it will be like by a hair's width that he'll win. I think that Chrollo is going to end up like Kurapika without a clan and alone. I feel they are being made to be reflections of each other. The Spider will die and Chrollo won't have the heart to revive it and with the Spider dead Kurapika will be satisfied as that's the end goal of what he wanted.
I think Neon was instead killed by her father, rather than Hisoka, after he lost any influence in the underworld due to Neon no longer being able to produce prophecies. The last time we saw Light he was completely distraught about the situation and I assume Light is the only one Kurapika and the other gaurds would trust to be alone with his daughter.
QUESTION: Is Nen Anti-Self-Betterment? How do Restrictions and Limitiations react to Self-Improvement and/or Therapy? If i fear Spiders, set an Activation-Requirement to be 'touch a spiders' and then go to Therapy, HAVE I BEEN SMART? OR HAVE I BEEN DUMB? Did i just do Big-Brain-Move or did i weaken my Own Nen??
Kalluto obviously means Killua. He is envious of Alluka who gets killua's attention. He is manipulation type like illumi. It makes sense that he wants to bring killua back home.
@@Alassandros i doubt it. Wano will take at least another year. After that there is still so much left that Oda can't possibly wrap it all up in another 4 years. I think it's gonna be more like 8 - 10 years from now.
@@howielowis458 Wano is in it's final act. I think he could finish it by summer. I feel he could start wrapping things up with in this final act. A lot could get done in four and a half years. Four and a half ago, we were still on Dressrosa. That's before Big Mom, Zou, and 2/3 of Wano.

Alot of ppl hate this arc , but I remember alot of ppl hated the chimera ant arc too before the anime and before it got into the best part but when the palace invasion happened the majority changed their minds acclaiming that it was the best arc in HXH , so just wait when this current arc explode it will be insane it has the potential to be the best arc in the series so far

i made this prediction a long time ago and i still believe it to be so. hisoka isn't even on the whale ship and wants the troupe to follow him to the dark continent. hisoka is riding with pariston's group.
I didn't even think of Hisoka killing the girl so they couldn't use her ability but that makes sense A clown who doesn't play around can be pretty scary
So this may sound a bit tin hat but during the Machi scenes with Hisoka they go into him using texture surprise alot to combine with his aura to make prosthetics. I know the educated guess is Hisoka is using Illumi’s appearance (due to similar body types) to hide among the Spiders but is it possible he did something ghoulish to himself to hide as Machi instead. He did have someone there that could stitch him back in creative ways. I find it very interesting that Machi continues to go on her own. Also that would help explain what was so significant about her that she would be spared Hisoka’s killing spree (or not if he just killed her afterwards). After the Chrollo fight even with Machi stitching him back up Hisoka looked pretty ghoulish to be honest already. Its the fact that they draw attention alot to his height as a search criteria that got me thinking about it.
My speculation: the troupe or only part of it will manage to kill the heil ly family therefore catching 4th's prince attention,and form an alliance of some sort ,where the phantom troupe will teach him more about nen in exchange for information on hisoka and/or kurapika.i think that the one to kill hisoka will be the 4th prince and that will make the phantom troupe turn upon him because they wanted to be the ones to defeat hisoka to get their revenge.tsreidnech(whatever's his name) might kill some of them afterwards,but the surviving ones will meet kurapika and team up to defeat their common enemy,the 4th prince.i pretty much agree with your theory that wobble will be the heir of the throne in the end.i didnt include a lot of important characters like 1st prince or the zodiacs but this is just one of the paths the story may go
One thing that I would loveis if chrollo had a nen ability that would activate or give another person nen but that's the hatsu to give the other person such as gon nen so that would mean chrollo would have to keep that page open or book marked. This should only happen when chrollo knows he can't beat hisoka or it's a 2v1 situation or when chrollo is done with the phantom troup

It feels like Togashi is shooting for another inverse parallel in Kurapika and Chrollo like we have in Gon and Meruem. Through guarding and caring for Woble and Oito, Kurapika's need for revenge will subside, while Chrollo has fallen deep into despair and craves nothing more than revenge and may lose all regard for the Spider's legs.
I'd live to see this happen, I want to see some interaction between those two

I would have been hella pissed if he had killed Machi at that moment. I am not a Hisoka/Machi shipper but I have felt that Hisoka had an attraction to Machi beyond just her power strength/fighting. It never felt like he had any ill will towards her in their interactions in the past so him just killing her outright would have been baffling to me. Having him not kill her at that moment instead feels like he had spared her out of his old soft spot for her as a "parting gift" before he put her and the other Spiders on his hit list.
I think it would be interesting if when Machi and Hisoka face each other again he was willing to spare her if she stayed out of his way with the rest of the troupe...if only for the kind of reaction that would spark in both Machi and the fandom. lmao xD I don't think that will happen though and I am fearful for Machi when that showdown comes. She's not going to back down and I am afraid that her emotions for the spiders will cloud her judgments in the fight. ;-;

I hate that everyone always forgets that Kalluto is apart of the Phantom Troupe, like his existence there is literally a ticking time bomb. While he may not be Killua’s favorite sibling, I’m sure he has some sort familial affection for him and if Kurapika is to be the one to end up killing Kalluto while he’s going after other spiders then it may cause a definite rift between Killua and Kurapika. Not only that but the other Zoldyck family members may take action against Kurapika as well. I’m not sure if Kurapika is only going after members who were present at the Kurta massacre or if he’s wishing to kill all members old and new but this kind of conflict is not one to be ignored. But even if it turns out that Hisoka gets to Kalluto first, I’ll still be very upset because I think Kalluto is actually very interesting and far too overlooked as a character and it would be a shame if he ended up as just another throw away kill.

If HxH was a regular ongoing manga I would have loved for the next arc to focus on Chrollo and the troupe, but alas all I can hope for is that I get to read the ending at all.
We wouldn't be able to have sympathy for them if we watch them killing innocent people and other killers for more than a whole arc. It would dehumanise them. Some flashbacks about their childhood in Meteor City would be nice. Uvogin's and Feitan's old character designs are interesting for example. They don't seem that aggressive lol.

As much as I love the manga of One Piece, watching HxH subverted my attention and made me realize that its writing is on another level. It almost felt like shounen mixed with an acclaimed TV drama like Breaking Bad or The Sopranos.

I feel like what it could be more suggestive of, is that it may prove the theory that Hisoka is posing as Illumi.
If the fortune telling ability disappears conveniently before this arc it suggests someone (realistically hisoka) has killed the original user. Whilst he could have done this just to deprive Chrollo of an ability it's more likely based on Hisoka's character that he did it for a specific purpose. And the main reason would be if he intended to deceive Chrollo in a major way that would only be disrupted if he had the fortune telling ability.
That's a cool theory, only issue with it is that the user of the fortune telling ability cannot use it on themself. So he would have to have told the fortune of someone else to see something horrible

At your mention of Kalluto, i’m pretty sure he was referring to Killua. It is heavily theorized by fans that he took on feminine clothing in order to mimic Alluka and ‘catch’ Killua’s attention, which one may assume can be fairly far fetched, but as Illumi also possesses an unwavering attachment to Killua, it isn’t all that bizarre to think that Killua is often envied or desired. Not to mention that Kalluto still identifies as a male, so he wouldn’t be doing it for the same reasons as Alluka. Moreover, Kalluto seems to share the strongest bond with their mother out of all the siblings, and probably wants Killua to return to his assassin life like the rest of his family.
I actually noticed that during the child Alluka flashbacks to her killing the butler by denying her requests, the zoldyck mother is actually wearing an outfit very similar to Kalluto's, so perhaps he's trying to emulate her to get her approval

I personally think illumi would be a massive threat during this arc, he's so fucked in the head combined with his powers could lead to him trying to make everyone on the ship killing each other.
Franklin actually has an interesting view on things, waiting for hisoka to come to them would probably be much smarter, all they need is patience, althogh I understand that leaving the rift of them and the dead troup members would be painful for the whole troupe since we already know how much it effected chrollo. At this point if hisoka comes to fight them, it'd be much smarter, either way bungee gum has the properties of both rubber and gum so idk how they're supposed to fight against that.

Yes and only a handful will live to reach the dark continent. All of the kakin, phantom troup, kurapika and hisoka will surely die inside the ship. They have no business and motivation to go to the DC anyway.
@@NeilsonBuntowa I mean most of the Troupe will definitely die, and it's possible chrollo, kurapika and hisoka will as well (although frankly I expect chrollo and Machi as well as kurapika and hisoka to survive at least until the dark continent which while none of them have any immediate intentions to go to yet there are several possible reasons hisoka or chrollo could need or want to go (and if either of them were to do so the other would follow as well as kurapika and Machi). As for the kakin it's extremely unlikely they would all die, maybe if you are only talking about the royal family it's possible (but still unlikely IMO) but I don't really see any reason for all the reguslat people to die as well unless something extremely dramatic happened like feitan activating rising sun with post mortem nen and destroying the entire ship (and probably everyone on it) or something else that level but that would be a weird twist for togashi unless he just decides he is done writing, besides the kakin already have an easy way out before the dark continent and it's not like anyone is actively trying to kill them.

Because she couldn't make fortunes anymore, I assume Mr nostrad killed his daughter or angry fans of hers. Also the old fortunes for the troupe members are coming true. Shalnark had 3 calls before he died. 1 unknown troupe member was going to die out of phinks, kurtopi, and feitan. Kurtopi dead now. And even though she is my favorite, shizuku is now in danger. In a room alone with treasure is where she will die. If a rich family is on that boat with the intent on moving to a new home, you'd expect them to have all their valuables locked away in the boat.
My 3 favs of the spiders were shalnark, shizuku, and kortopi. It's not fair! Their dying and my only survivor is likely the next! Help!
Although Illumi joined the troupe to "kill" Hisoka, I dont think he will. I mean, he doesn't really have a reason or need to fight Hisoka, as he hasn't gotten in his way. Hisoka is also a big help to Illumi, and his only "friend" (in his own twisted way). Hisoka could've easily hired Illumi to join the troupe, for his own personal reasons (entertainment or information of some sort). This also benefits Illumi, as he can watch Kalluto, who we don't know much about. So, what might Illumi do? He could
1. Murder the troupe (unlikely)
2. Manipulate the troupe into whatever Hisoka asked him to do
3. Gather info on a specific topic (or just whatever the troupe talks about in general).
At least, this is what I hope. I love both Hisoka and Illumi, and wouldn't want them to fight.

That's one thing I wondered and feared.. that her dad took himself and her out because he couldn't face poverty/retaliation from other mafia groups.
But I really think it's Hisoka that killed her. It seems suspiciously timed and he knew about her power and how Chrollo was going to use it to stay ahead of misfortune. One of the reasons I thought he took so long to face Hisoka was because Chrollo was testing his fortunes and looking for when his poems revealed death. That's how come he was so confident he'd win that fight.
Then again Togashi could just surprise us all and reveal that they found some sort of Nen user who could recover Neon's power from a distance and just stole it back for her. 😂

I feel It's gonna be down to a Chrollo v Hisoka rematch with Revenge as the motivation of both parties. It'll be one heckin' gritty match with a super close call and I feel Chrollo will come out the victor but severely scarred. The Spider will have fallen (Hisoka taking down many if not all the other members) and he'll be without a clan like Kurapika.

@@Furkward thanks! I'd like to think Feitan would be impossible for Hisoka to kill if only cause the little shit is a slippery fuck. Haha. I also don't count Illumi and Kalluto in with the deaths (so they could count with the surviving) because I fully believe that Illumi is a traitor who will backstab Chrollo at the end and Kalluto will join him only because Kalluto is still young and blindly loyal to the family over The Spider. I do not see Illumi and Kalluto as fully legitimate spiders.
Of the surviving spiders (sans Feitan possibly) I just don't see any being able to hold off against Hisoka on their own and barely in their groups. Only Chrollo has the variety in attacks and strategy that would work. Even then it will be a struggle because I feel he's stronger with a well thought out onslaught and not a spur of the moment on the spot battle. I don't feel the fight will be as graceful as the 1st one but Chrollo will be the victor by the skin of his teeth. I also feel that Kurapika might roll up on Chrollo after that point who might be very down about losing what was basically his family/identity and having no fight left in him. He'll probably encourage if not request Kurapika to finish him off and get his own revenge because he has nothing left now. This would give Kurapika like some moment to think it through in that he can kill him for the revenge or have a better version of what he attempted to do in Yorknew which was leaving him without a family like Kurapika is without his. IIRC it was implied that the original owner of the "lovely ghost writer ability", i.e. the prophecy girl, was killed by rival mafia. IMO, it doesn't make sense for Hisoka to kill her.
A good recap it's been a while, it's such an interesting arc, shame I don't think we will ever get to the completion of it.

Hmm.. I have my suspicion that Neon Nostrade is still alive. Kurapika said to Light Nostrade who frustrated by the lost of Neon's ability that 'he'll take care of it' or something like that.. So maybe Kurapika did 'something' to steal Neon's Nen ability back behind Chrolo's back. Because if Neon already died, then Kurapika, Melody & Basho couldn't be a Nostrade Falily's Bodyguad anymore.. Well.. just my guess, though..
Really hoping that the fact that Hisoka has had Machi stitch him together with her nenthreads for taking stupid damage that he could avoid will come back and bite Hisoka in the ass. He currently has tons of Machis nen inside of him and he is held together by her strings. She even said so back in Heavens arena, ie that she didn't heal his arm and that i was her threads keeping it together and that it if he were to overextert himself he could snap the threads . Having Machi pull out her threads at the right time unraveling Hisoka would be such a badass moment for her and would be the kind of thing that wouldn't just surprise Hisoka (Something that is very hard to do) but he'd probably think it was a pretty great move to boot.
I would be happy to see that. Hisoka needs to be knocked down more pegs and that would be funny. It would even be cool if she could use her threads to shred him apart from the inside!
Maybe post mortem nen after her death. The troupe will die for sure. Hisoka and Kurapika will rip the legs off to immobilize the head of the spider before killing Chrollo. It's their destiny.
@@kenneth8505 Hisoka has already had his fight vs Chrollo and got destroyed having him fight him again would feel cheap. I would prefer it if it looked like it would be a Hisoka/Kurapika team up only for Hisoka to get taken out by the remaining troupe as they all go down together leaving only Kurapika and Chrollo.
@@kenneth8505 I do not see Kurapika fighting with Hisoka over the troupe.. especially with the prince battle going on. It seems like his plate is full. I do see Hisoka taking out some more Troupe members but I do not think he will take out everyone... or at least it won't be a "walk in the park" (heh) like with Kortopi and Shal. It will be a struggle for him. I do think Hisoka and Chrollo will face each other again but I don't think it will end with Chrollo's death. Hisoka will die by Chrollo's hand but it will be like by a hair's width that he'll win. I think that Chrollo is going to end up like Kurapika without a clan and alone. I feel they are being made to be reflections of each other. The Spider will die and Chrollo won't have the heart to revive it and with the Spider dead Kurapika will be satisfied as that's the end goal of what he wanted.

I think Neon was instead killed by her father, rather than Hisoka, after he lost any influence in the underworld due to Neon no longer being able to produce prophecies. The last time we saw Light he was completely distraught about the situation and I assume Light is the only one Kurapika and the other gaurds would trust to be alone with his daughter.
This arc with no doubt is the most ambitious arc that has been created in the shonen history of mangakas.

Kalluto obviously means Killua. He is envious of Alluka who gets killua's attention. He is manipulation type like illumi. It makes sense that he wants to bring killua back home.

@@howielowis458 Wano is in it's final act. I think he could finish it by summer. I feel he could start wrapping things up with in this final act. A lot could get done in four and a half years. Four and a half ago, we were still on Dressrosa. That's before Big Mom, Zou, and 2/3 of Wano.

What do you think about the theory that Neon's prophecies form Yorknew Arc are still hinting the Troupe future or were simpy delayed?
Alot of ppl hate this arc , but I remember alot of ppl hated the chimera ant arc too before the anime and before it got into the best part but when the palace invasion happened the majority changed their minds acclaiming that it was the best arc in HXH , so just wait when this current arc explode it will be insane it has the potential to be the best arc in the series so far

Also, there is a possible connection between Tserriednich and the Troupe. He has scarlet eyes in his possession that he probably bought from the Troupe.

@@hhenryssilvio2005 For items like the scarlet eyes, they must have had previously arranged buyers. Only then they could get maximal profit and they wouldn't have to move around with ripped eyes. By the way, this transactions were part of the black market, as they couldn't have been done legally.

i made this prediction a long time ago and i still believe it to be so. hisoka isn't even on the whale ship and wants the troupe to follow him to the dark continent. hisoka is riding with pariston's group.
I didn't even think of Hisoka killing the girl so they couldn't use her ability but that makes sense
A clown who doesn't play around can be pretty scary
So this may sound a bit tin hat but during the Machi scenes with Hisoka they go into him using texture surprise alot to combine with his aura to make prosthetics. I know the educated guess is Hisoka is using Illumi’s appearance (due to similar body types) to hide among the Spiders but is it possible he did something ghoulish to himself to hide as Machi instead. He did have someone there that could stitch him back in creative ways. I find it very interesting that Machi continues to go on her own. Also that would help explain what was so significant about her that she would be spared Hisoka’s killing spree (or not if he just killed her afterwards). After the Chrollo fight even with Machi stitching him back up Hisoka looked pretty ghoulish to be honest already. Its the fact that they draw attention alot to his height as a search criteria that got me thinking about it.

My speculation: the troupe or only part of it will manage to kill the heil ly family therefore catching 4th's prince attention,and form an alliance of some sort ,where the phantom troupe will teach him more about nen in exchange for information on hisoka and/or kurapika.i think that the one to kill hisoka will be the 4th prince and that will make the phantom troupe turn upon him because they wanted to be the ones to defeat hisoka to get their revenge.tsreidnech(whatever's his name) might kill some of them afterwards,but the surviving ones will meet kurapika and team up to defeat their common enemy,the 4th prince.i pretty much agree with your theory that wobble will be the heir of the throne in the end.i didnt include a lot of important characters like 1st prince or the zodiacs but this is just one of the paths the story may go
One thing that I would loveis if chrollo had a nen ability that would activate or give another person nen but that's the hatsu to give the other person such as gon nen so that would mean chrollo would have to keep that page open or book marked. This should only happen when chrollo knows he can't beat hisoka or it's a 2v1 situation or when chrollo is done with the phantom troup
