The best way to approach teamers is to have a "Nah, I'd Win" mindset. You want to be confident and genuinely believe you can win, and this sorta mindset really helps me when it comes to getting jumped. I'm never like "I just can't compete" or "This is hopeless" typically teamers tend to be pretty bad so really it's just divide and conquer or just lock in and play outta your mind. Emoting on teamers and being toxic will only serve the purpose of aggravating them. They will not think for a second about quitting their habit of teaming. As hard as it may be, you have to try to reason with them. Be nice. Make them question what they are doing. The best scenario is if you are trying to reason with them whilst beating them. This will make them rethink what they are doing and hopefully, stop teaming. Being toxic does not help with the problem at all. Being toxic while losing will just make them think you are raging and they might even use the toxicity as a reason to team on you. Being toxic while winning doesn't help either. While it may feel nice punishing teamers by insulting and being toxic to them, it does not help the problem at all. In most cases, the teamers will get mad but not break their habit. They will simply join another server. Sure, if everybody was toxic and able to beat teamers, maybe the teamers will give up but toxicity breeds toxicity and soon, the game will be a toxic cesspool. So please, be nice or just don't say anything because thats all you can really do to help.

Also I personally think that a guideline for this youtuber's server should be to ask the person or people who are teaming why they are teaming bc who knows. The person who called for help might have teamed before and so in retaliation, the person who was being teamed on started teaming against the person who called for help. The person who called for help also could have been toxic and so they brought the teaming upon themselves. Another guideline I think should be added to the server is to be positive and nice to whomever they are jumping. It'll help the teaming problem because they might rethink their choices and won't ruin someones day.(note I have not actually seen the discord server so maybe these guidelines are already in place)
