Thanks for your inquiry, Jack. The Infinity Evolution and Genesis are the same chairs. The body's look a bit different, but the technology and rollers, etc. are exactly the same. The Evolution is sold through Costco and the Genesis Max is sold through smaller retailers. There are some minor differences in the bells & whistles, but the chairs are the same. Hey was Looking to invest in massage chair I was interested in the Infinity 8500 X3 but I do like the L track technology; I am wondering if all infinity chairs have the same intensity to their massage? from what I have read the 8500 is a really strong intense massage I guess my question is do you lose out on the intensity of the massage when you go from a S track to a L track model of these infinity chairs?
Thanks for your inquiry. Each model has a different feel to it. The Smart Chair x3 (same as the 8500x3) has a strong massage, but you can get a similar massage strength from the Infinity Genesis, even though the roller mechanisms are different.
