- A 30-year-old gentleman presented to us with severe persistent low back and leg pain. He had visited multiple hospitals and doctors, but continued to suffer with the pain, which had affected his lifestyle to a great extent. After clinico-radiological evaluation, he was diagnosed to be suffering from L4-L5 disc herniation. He was operated for the same wherein L4-L5 microscopic discectomy was done. The surgery was absolutely without any complications and without any neurological deficits. He started walking pain-free on the same evening of the surgery and was then discharged from hospital on post-op day 1.
It is a great pleasure for any doctor to see his patients recovering well and leading a healthy and fruitful life.

Sir mri report showing severe spinal stenosis at L5 S1.. After first slip disc surgery... Earlier able to walk after the operation jt was good till 10 days but then pain continues to increase today it is hard to do necessary work on my own..... I am from Raebareli..its been three months from my first surgery...but not got relief....weight 100 kg. Please doctor mark a review...
सर मैं पिछले 3 सालों से दर्द से पदेशान हूँ । मैं एक tae kwon do प्लेयर हूं इसलिए इतने दिनो तक दर्द बरदास्त किया मैं surgery के लिये पैसे नही जुटा पा रहा हूँ । अभी मैं दिन भर बेड पर रहता हूं फिरभी पैरो में दर्द कमर में दर्द रहता ही है।
बैठ कर खाना और पढ़ाई नही कर पाता हूँ ।
