      The invention doesn't happen without the principles tested ....but yes...at least someone monetized on it for our gainful use.

      +Hai Phan Thank you for visiting my channel and good comment about the Venturi effect. You right about the voice, unfortunately everyone has some form of shortcoming.

      He means it would be better if you bought a mic, instead of using the stephen hawking voice thing.
      Other than that a great video.

    On point P3 the diverging pipe has 2 90degree angles, and the length differs, which can be left to illustration restrictions, but the angles redirecting flow would drop velocity, no? This video is GREAT for mentioning how the Bernouli principle ALONE is not a complete picture of how the physics works in nature. Hats off to Venturi and Bernoulli. And Herschell for at least being honest in his commercial products.

    • @trentbryan1021
      @trentbryan1021 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      These angles in the pipes shouldn't drop velocity. There should be no velocity when it balances because the fluid should stop the flow. The pushing force would be static pressure

    I very much agree with van hoi about using a better voice. Very interesting video presentation but I respectfully suggest that you take the time to personally read the paragraphs that you obviously took the time to write. Please keep up the great educational work and thank you very much.

    how does this effect temperature at P1 / P2 / P3? Say, if it were normal air blowing through it?

    I am a novice at this but can someone tell me do the principles of Venturi work for airflow as I am interested in making a cold air intake increasing the pressure going into the plenum

    nice explanation but I have a doubt..... what pressure are you talking about? The horizontal pressure in the direction of the motion of the fluid? Or the vertical pressure on the inner walls of the tube due to the weight of the moving fluid?

    • @mekanizmalar
      @mekanizmalar  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I am talking about the horizontal pressure.

    wow you make this more complicated than it is why don't you just say pressure along a pipe has to be constant for instance if the sum of the dynamic pressure and static pressure was 20, and you adjusted say for instance the static pressure to be 15 that would mean that the dynamic pressure would have to be 5, or if you adjust the dynamic pressure to be 2 that would automatically mean that the static pressure would be 18. wasn't that simple?

    • @mekanizmalar
      @mekanizmalar  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, it is more simple assuming that pressure constant all the way. However the exit pressure is always lower than the inlet. Otherwise there would be no water flow. However I admit that we neglect this pressure drop along the pipe for pressure calculations.
