Just looked up how to make Cajun Butter: 1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
