Thanks for the video, I tend to forget that Mexico doesn't just have Mayan and Aztec culture, so I found this video really good and interesting. I'm surprised there's such a fantastic atmosphere so early on a weekend 😆! I wish I were there, partying!!!

I think this is the first time I've seen how tortillas are made, I'm amazed by their skill and the color of the corn dough

Not many people make tortillas by hand because it is not easy to make them and get them right. The blue/purple color is due to the type of corn.
