In this video, Hayley and I take a train up to Newcastle to pick up our 2013 Subaru Outback. Hayley wanted an automatic vehicle, so we decided on a more practical car that can service more of our needs in the future - camping!

Congratulations on the Subaru!! Honestly the first thing that came to my mind was "I wonder how big of a plane he can carry in that thing" 😁. Nice beach! I dig the trunk tent thingy. Don't blame you for filming Hayley...she's as cute as any view. (I mean that in the most respectful way!!)
Thanks mate. We did take the eachine p51 up with us on the train, but the wind was SO annoying that I didn't bother trying to fly it.

Great lil setup man. Ya got more room than my jeep. We thought of putting a tent on top but......oh the wife said " nice purchase for you guys"
We also looked into throwing on a rooftop tent, but I wasn't compelled by the advantages over the disadvantages. We have nowhere to put it when it inevitably has to come off and to actually get it off, it's a heavy pain in the rear.
I think you dodged a bullet, to be honest.

Man you bought a car just to go camping? I bought a Jeep just to get to work in the winter and found that it was good to use for camping. I'll trade lives with ya man. 🤣
We get snow that is wast deep here in Michigan. Ya need a Jeep just to make it down the street. On second thought. I'll stay in the cold. I don't think I could take a bite from a bullet 🐜 ant. 🤔
Hey mate.
We only have one vehicle between the two of us. Hayley walks to work. We had to sell our old car because she can't drive stick. The wagon will be great for camping and fitting extra crap in. And if we have a kid, we will have plenty of space for that, too. No snow where we live, but in the winter we can travel a few hours and enjoy some light snow for a day or two.

@@nickhayley you stay safe too man. Enjoy that new ride. Oh, my wife drives stick but my son can't. I mean come on. Anyways keep up the good flics man. We do enjoy them much better that the Pack Man Brothers.
