I remember back in 08 when Wayne could barely skate, literally, could barely ride the board. A lot of my friends used to make fun of him. I'm glad to see he never stopped skating and how far he's come. Once you get it, just like riding a bike, you don't lose it.

@@Louisianimal He started skating before the "I'm not a Human Being" era iirc, he had a snakebite piercing and also began experimenting with actually playing the guitar around this time (years before "How to Love", I remember when "On Fire" first dropped, it got so much hate, people had jokes lol) - A ton of people both irl, and online, were clowning on him for attempting to skate and play guitar. I may be a year or two off, but regardless, that doesn't really change my point at all; it's 2020, it's been at least 10 years, he's stuck to it and he's improved a lot, he's doing well, especially for his age.

At his age, starting to skate later in his life like he did, I wouldn't say he's doing bad at all. He can do some nice basic manuals, shove-its, switches, 180's, nose-kisses, etc. Simple, basic stuff, but it does look like he's comfortable doing them and having fun. Chill sessions.
In no way am I suggesting he's a great skater. He's improved tho, and for his age, I think it's pretty cool how far he's come. Dude is 37, not many 37-year-olds skate unless they were skating since they were a kid. And when he first started, so many people were clowning on him, including peers, but he didn't stop. I respect that.
In my opinion, if he just want to ride ramps and such, he doesn't really need to Ollie, having said that hopefully he continues to learn more tricks.
He's got those shove its locked down pretty well, he looks a kill wobbly but he's managing all those transitions well, probably half in the bag the whole time lol
